Cons:

Checking in time state 3pm. Room not ready until after 5pm. Price on booking.com was less. After arrival my card was charged for a higher price.
Our family request toiletries, staff member confirmed they would deliver to room however they never did. Not very clean, founds hair from previous guest on bed. Would never stay at this location ever again.

Okay for a night, but wouldn’t choose it again.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it had a separate bedroom. The room was large, the bathroom and bedroom and kitchen were nice.

Cons:

Didn’t like the location. The sofa was not comfortable. Didn’t expect to pay for parking.

Pros:

It was close to the event I was visiting .

Cons:

First of all when I tried to check in, the lady was saying Booking.com sold me a room I couldn't get they said you guys gave me the room at the wrong price. The hotel was suppose to a 7-8star it was not!! Smelled old , the bed was hard as a brick. Definitely didn't get any rest.

Rooms was big a nice .. hotel good don't do breakfast but do have some you can buy .
The general manager very nice .

Cons:

They charge if you stay till 1 ..
And the front desk working was not at all nice .no smile just look like some one had made him mad . I had name but but don't want to list .

Nice but I won't be back
Pros:

I like having som a where to cook a simple meal while I was in town

Cons:

The dishwasher was dirty there is a ice maker but no ice tray to catch the ice. The communication after checkout was terrible my credit card was charged random amount with no explanation. I had to call and ask for a receipt and I still have not received one or a proper explanation for the random charges.
