The property is very good. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. My husband and I stay here all the time.

Cons:

The staff here was questionable the Night Shift crew at the front desk, appear to be new possibly she was messing up reservations and check and very difficult to work with and unprofessional. Her name was Natroy?

Overall the hotel is fine but the uncomfortable living room furniture makes it less enjoyable.

Like having a separate living area and kitchenette.

Cons:

The furnishings in the rooms need to be refreshed. Sofas and chairs are very worn and uncomfortable.

Pros:

I like the king sweet overall the bed was comfortable a little squeaky but it was very comfortable and very pleasant had a really good two nights

Cons:

The shower pressure was a little off it will go on and off and it will go off completely while you're taking a shower and then you have to sit in the shower wet and wait for it to come back on so there is definitely a problem with the water pressure only in the shower

A clean, very affordable place with a friendly front desk personnel
Pros:

It was clean and front desk staff were friendly

Cons:

The description for my room was misleading- it mentioned an outdoor eating but it did not mention it apart from the room
It was the back patio which was very nice but nothing to do with my room

Pros:

The property made a mistake . I prepaid and they tried to charge me again. Then they said my booking was canceled and my room given to someone else. I asked for a blanket and in return they clerk said do you know how to work the heat? I showed them where I prepaid and the clerk said I am not going back and forth with you that my card was declined. And the other clerk said use a good card next time. I was so disappointed in this behavior. We had to fit 8 people in one room.

Initial arrival was very welcoming and cared a lot about our needs and small engaging conversation made us feel comfortable

Cons:

Customer service during check out. Incredibly noisy and uncomfortable beds.

Wasn’t great for the price
Cons:

There was no breakfast for the amount of money I paid for 1 night I was expecting more the bathroom tub still had someone else hair left in it so I had to clean it out myself before taking a shower there was only 1 towel 1 wash cloth and I had to call the desk to tell them to bring me more towels the front desk guy wasn’t trying to bring me any towels until I told him that he needed too because I didn’t have but my gown on
