Please note that a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Upon arrival, the full amount of your stay will be charged, along with a $150 incidental authorization, which will be released within 7–14 business days after check-out.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
The staff were not quick to help us at the front desk (had to wait on them to finish cleaning a countertop). The breakfast was not impressive. The room was just okay. Nothing special. We could here people and kids quite a bit from the room next to us.

Blinds were open and no explanation on how to close; curtains would not close all the way for privacy; light burnt out over bathroom sink, noisy humidifier that did not shut off the entire night. Filthy breakfast buffet trays

I love this place. I was not fond of this room I was put in this time.

The room floors were a vinyl material and had various sticky spots on it throughout the room, as it seemed like it had not been mopped. There was dust and debris on various surfaces of the room and what appeared to be toothpaste on the faucet and there were ants in the sink that kept returning, even after we cleaned it ourselves. The bedspread was very thin. The front desk advised that there was a complimentary shuttle that would carry us from the Visitor's center back to the hotel at the end of the day. It took over 20 minutes to get through to the hotel and request the shuttle only to be told that it was not going to be running between 6:00pm and 8:00pm that evening. Breakfast did not have any actual juice, just an orange flavored drink and coffee or milk in a carafe for cereal. There was no fruit, just bagels, muffins, mini yogurts, scrambled eggs and biscuits with gravy.
The hotel is ideally located for touring around St. Augustine. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.
