Well I checked in Sunday the 15th, during my 3 days, it was ok. Dustin was helpful but others gave me a hard time.
Pros:

So, at first glance, it’s looks like a beautiful property. Hospitality was ok. They skipped “housekeeping” on my first night, no biggie, I cleaned up myself. But I went to the office at night, the front desk, some dude with no name tag. White guy, blue eyes. Gave me horrible service when asking for new toiletries. I brushed it off.
Fast forward to march 18, my friend Laura came by my room that morning, after she left, me and my puppy went to walk up front. Otw back to the room, I realized I was missing my room key. I explained to GOBEL, front desk agent at the time, that missing a key, I suspect it was stolen being that a friend just left, maybe she took it by accident, but all I wanted was two new keys. She WOULD NOT, give them to me. The reservation was under my mom’s name, FELISA FUDGE, I thought my name was on the reservation but it was not. Fast forward, I had to call officers out, GOBEL, took my current key and would not return it. So when officers arrived, (SHIPP), I was then told I need to leave the property for being rude to GOBEL, but GOBEL interrupted my conversation when I was speaking to another agent, PATEL, since she couldn’t help me. She got offended because I told her I was not speaking to her. Anyways, I’m being escorted off the property, I was told I would be getting a FULL refund which I have not received yet. But yeah, some people at the property are very welcoming, MOST ARE NOT. Junkies live outside and inside. Not a good place to stay if you want PEACE. But I must add, ALL thanks to DUSTIN. He was very helpful with anything I needed!!!!!!! Keep Dustin !!!!!!!! I also must add that the GENERAL MANAGER NICK PATEL, is never on the property, he also was no help during my stay. His info on the card was incorrect. I just couldn’t believe this hotel don’t have management on the property 24/7.

The Quality Inn has always been about “Quality “. But please bring it up to date and provide better.

Highway in front, train track in the back. Outside stairs , outdated hotel which definitely needs new paint and rooms brought up to date. The sink in the room stayed clogged. Need to replace the shower head! The breakfast was substandard. The coffee was really good though and it was a nice change to see pancakes instead of waffles.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location was great. Just about 10 minutes to anything. The room was perfectly serviceable. Glad to have fridge and microwave in room. The pool was great! Large and with an umbrella over the pool it provided some shade.

Cons:

The room was a bit small. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was fine. The breakfast wasn't thr greatest but we found some nice options out in the city.
