Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with wonderful wait staff/chefs. The shuttle was added bonus with a very polite and friendly supervisor

Happy to have a shuttle service downtown
Pros:

That location was good. The shuttle service is nice to have and our driver Nick was great. One particular guy at the desk was super nice and helpful but I don’t remember his name. The beds and pillows were comfortable but bathroom was dated.

Cons:

I feel like the price of the room was too much for what it was, but every hotel in Saint Augustine is expensive….you shouldn’t have to pay for parking at a hotel like this.
