BEDBUGS
Pros:

the property is was near to the beach.

Cons:

First of all.. I will not recomment this hotel. … last month on 4th of july I was suppose to stay there. As soon i we got into the room my husband check for bedbugs. We saw one death and the other one going into the baseboard alive. So we decide to cancel my reservation , i undertand that the reservation was unrefundable but they charge me 320(160 for each room) for early checking . Which later i found out that they were only supposed to charge me 45 pero room. Which i still waiting for a refund. I alwys ask to talk to the manager and they always says “we are in to the case”. also there was a kid working in that hotel which i think is inappropiate. DO NOT STAY THERE

Nice location but need to update on maintenance and also give guest time to check out.

The beds were uncomfortable, covers dirty. Bugs was crawling under door. Huge gap underneath door. Check was at 11. But someone kept coming to door or peeking in to see if we were gone. And this was at 10am.

NO GASTEN SU DINERO EN ESTÁ TONTERÍA

No me gustó nada , no se dejen engañar por las fotos

Cons:

Supuestamente tiene vista al mar pero es una tontería de ventana que está en el segundo piso y solo puedes ver las palmeras , una está total , está lleno de personas que hacen bulla y fuman en los pasadizos toda la noche

It was bare minimum for needs. Location was great and the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean

Pros:

Great location with outside pool.

Cons:

Room looked old, was dirty, and smelled like mildew. Beds were uncomfortable, Couldn’t enjoy the pool due to big roaches running right by the pool area
