Cons:

This place was a dump, by far the trashiest place I have ever been to. It was so bad we refused to stay. Roach infested, no A/C, boarded up windows, prostitutes on the property looking for business. The room reeked of weed. The floor was falling in and the carpet held down by duct tape. A hole in the wall going all the way outside, you could literally see outside and this was all without looking hard. Also people rent this place to live in and there is just trash everywhere. Looks nothing like the pictures posted.

2 sets of stairs to walk up in the dark trash outside the next room was still there when l checked out the tub/shower faucet wasn’t attached to the wall hole in The wall next to the tub All drawers too dirty to use . I had to buy bug spray and spray the room before we moved anything in Loose rail at full sized window. Leaking downspout at the door staff is polite The unit across from 523 looked to be better at least from the outside.

Location was nice, Bossier City Louisiana, July26-July 27 2025, 1 night

Cons:

The property was ok, THEY HAVE A ROACH problem and the toilet had stopped up. Office wasn’t open at 8:30 they said it would be open, I had needed toilet tissue, and more towels and to get the toilet fixed.
