1) No one on site. Remote video check in.
2) First room REEKED of marijuana. Changed rooms same floor. It was fine for and hour 1/2 and then it too began to smell of marijuana too. 11 pm and we’re already in bed.
3) not one glass or paper cup in room. No one on site to help. Too late to go buy one. Had to take medicine from cupped hands.
4) coughed all night. Thought it was the marijuana. Turns out, hvac had no door and filter was PITCH BLACK with filth and mold.
5) The door BLEW OPEN early in the morning while we were sleeping. Popped the dead bolt. When we investigated, we discovered that the door did not latch. So we were sleeping in an unsecured room in a fairly questionable area all night.
6) This meant we could not leave the room to go drive somewhere to get food or a drink in a cup, as there was no way to lock the door
7) inattentiveness of staff. When they sent a maintenance woman/maid (I don’t know which) she strongly hip checked the door and was able to get it to latch. I’m sorry but a senior guest in a hotel should not be required to hip check a door with a keypad in a hotel to make it latches. She did remain to witness that, indeed the door did not latch without extreme measures. She seemed very unimpressed.
8) After waiting all day, we were told we would not be issued a refund because we waited till “right before checkout” to tell them of the problem. Which is not true. We notified them after we got up and my husband got back with food and drink to take our meds at 9:00 am.

It was dirty as hell. Smelled of dog in the room. The room had roaches. The bathroom was horrible. Stains on couches bed and curtains. This is a disgusting place to even rent to someone. Y’all should really be ashamed of yourself.im calling the attorney general in y’all. Y’all should not be able to operate at all!!!!!!!!! And false advertisement on your web site no pool basketball court or gym . Slim and slums.
It was okay
The positives: It was close to our the points of interest. The bed was incredibly comfortable and slept like a baby.
The cons: The property overall was dirty, garbage everywhere outside.
Landscaping was in disarray, not existent or unkept.
Parking was a little bit of a problem near the suite we were staying in.
But the absolute worst part was that the check in process and "front desk" responsibilities have been farmed out to a remote attendant that you had to communicate through a remote accesses kiosk in the foyer of the main building entrance. The check-in process was incredibly drawn out as you had to scan in your ID, the connection was poor so audio kept cutting in and out and the person was overall hard to understand. A far cry from the quick check-ins I am accustomed to when checking into a hotel with a front desk clerk on-site. Also, the foyer is so small that it was uncomfortable when another person came in to use the single kiosk as we were right on top of each other. I had to finish the process while a drunk guest from another suite was impatiently breathing down my neck so he could contact them about the wifi password not working.
I realize we were staying at an extended stay facility but I hope that more hotels don't switch over to this type of kiosk because it really removes the "hospitality" part of staying at a hotel.
Absolutely nothing. The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever had to deal with.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! Absolute HORRIBLE experience from this property. I booked online though Booking.com for a one night stay for a rate of $125. When I arrived to the property is smelled absolutely terrible, and no one was available at the front desk at 5:30 PM. The lobby was locked and the only way to check in was through a Kiosk. I ATTEMPTED to check in to my hotel that was PRE-PAID for and was told I would need to pay a $200 deposit before I could check into my room, which NO WHERE on the booking paperwork did it state that. I was then hung up on over the Kiosk 6+ times over the course of an hour when attempting to pay the deposit for the room that had already been paid for. After over an hour of waiting, and multiple calls over the Kiosk and to the management (which was NEVER answered) I was told that my debit card is not an accepted form of payment for the deposit and room, YET they had already taken out $125 from my debit for the room! After an hour of time, the Kiosk then proceeds to say that there are no available attendants and to try again later.. I don’t understand how a business operates this way, it is ILLEGAL. At this point, it’s was excruciating hot out at I had my 5 year old son with me as well, I was DONE. I left and proceeded to get ahold of Booking.com where they proceed to tell me I would most likely not get my money back because the hotel would have to approve it, and you best bet the next call was. MY LAWYER! Already reported to the BBB as well. If you want to avoid a nightmare, losing money, and a headache, then stay away from this place. If I could give negative stars I would give as many as I could! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!
The employees were horrible on the evening of the 16 th at check in refused to help these customers and wouldn't speak to them.
Charged extra charges that are not listed in the advertisement and book reservation site .
Told customer they were entitled to the special rate for hospital stays but refuse to give them that rate for either night 16th or 17th.
Charged man deposit of 200.00 that wasn't part of their reserving the room they were only notified of this charge after the reservation and payment has been made.
Charged them a deposit for their pet on the night on the 17th but not on the 16th and whenever it is advertised as PET friendly no deposit should have been required and if so, the deposit should have been able to have been paid on the reservation information.
Upon checking out today by noon the office was closed andvlockefbandbtheynwre not able to get their deposit money before they checked out. What motel/hotel closes and locke their office on Saturday which should be one of there busiest days.
How are people.supposed to check-in and out with a closed locked office?
I request that this couple be refunded their deposit immediately and that all these extra charges be voided and then be allowed the rate for hospital stays and they are disabled and this couple are senior citizens and disabled as well.

Great customer service
I checked in and checked right back out- i was reluctant to even check in because of how the property looked when i pulled up. These are run down apartments surrounded by very sketchy looking individuals. As soon as we walked in our room we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke (a non smoking room) I’m 4 months pregnant and didn’t want to be sick or risk my babies life so we left immediately. There is no front desk so we had to talk to a lady through a zoom video meeting. She was extremely short and unfriendly. Don’t waste your time or money staying here. Very scary. Dont trust the 7 stars- they’ve obviously paid for good reviews.
At this property if you check in after hours you have to go through a operator on a virtual kiosk, my room needed to be redone like the carpet was long over do for new carpet there was a questionable stain on the carpet that might have been blood, the area this hotel was in was cool, fyi if your looking for a cheap hotel for a night pass this one up and go with extended stay or best western

Well to tell he truth i was creeped out there was a women out side the door to my room the whole night with a b a bunch of boxes and she was there every time i opened the door i could not get a hold of anyone in the office and couldn't sleep

Upon checking in (by machine) the experience was horrible. I did my purchase online and as I pick the hotel of choice did not match the hotel I arrived at. The place was run down, the room carpet and furniture was dirty. I picked the place because breakfast was included which made it easier for me because I had to work in the morning. The visual person told me no breakfast and charged me extra fees for different charges to my card. Why would I pay for a curtesy fee for a hold on my cc there was NO one courteous at this location
The presentation
I got charged twice by booking.com because I booked the wrong date on march 20 and wasn’t able to get a refund so I went ahead and paid again for march 21 put down 100$ deposit that wasn’t refunded because I was “smoking marijuanna” with no evidence at all . I checked in at 2pm didn’t even get to the facility until about 9 pm and left before 8 am because I had work left the room east to clean I would never go there again 😁 ever in my life
The grounds were VERY dirty with trash everywhere. There is a group of younger people who run around the place like they own it, including looking into people's windows. It was a creepy experience. Will not be going back.
