Looking very tired.
Pros:

Breakfast was very basic. Way too much plastic
Location was good.

Cons:

First room had a flooded bathroom. Fridges in the rooms were very noisy

Convenient location for our first trip to Wolftrap, and sufficient for our one night, but management needs to invest in
Pros:

It was conveniently located near Wolf Trap. It provided two private sleeping areas.

Cons:

Owners need to invest in some maintenance. Landscaping was nonexistent. Decking and stairs to upper level were uneven and nails sticking up. Two lamps in suite had damaged plugs and were not usable. Mirror in main bathroom was badly damaged. Tape and streamers from a previous occupant were still on the walls. Continental breakfast was not stocked.

BE CAREFUL...

The location was great.

Cons:

I'd say my issue was the staff, and amenities. I had a 2 bedroom loft with only 2 tvs and and one tv didn't work. I called the front desk and he was friendly and tried to walk me thru it but it didn't work. Maintenance was suppose to come fix it and never did. So staying 2 nights with one tv was definitely annoying. The rooms are a little scary holes in the ceilings, floors feel like they're sinking in. Upon my checkout I was told I couldn't get any reimbursement because I prepaid. I didn't understand that, either way I wouldn't recommend.

We first stayed at this property in 2021, and it's great to see it's been well maintained.
Pros:

Location is quiet and low density, very accessible, close to many stores and restaurants and a great connection point to many other places of interest.

The loft apartment with its 3 beds and 2 baths was spacious and convenient for my family and felt much like a mini home.

Cons:

The swimming pool was not functional throughout the 2 weeks we stayed there.

Spacious accomodation for families
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location, within walking distance from the metro and a shopping centre. Parking is free which is a big advance. We had a spacious two-storey room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was very convenient for a family. The kitchen was quite well equipped (big fridge, stove, coffe-maker, microwavw owen).

Cons:

When we arrived we were disappointed by the condition of the accommodation: it was very dated, the furnitures were worn out, the whole room is in need of renovation. The bathroom was not clean (hair and dust on the floor, stains on the towels). We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, but our room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay, they didn't even change towels or empty the garbage cans...
The hotel offers a very basic breakfast, and they failed to maintain the selection. The buffet wasn't replenished in time, we always had to ask for some food or coffee...

It was dirty, not at all as advertised. The temperature was hot and the ceiling fan was falling off of the ceiling. It was a room for 6 without enough supplies for 2. And the desk staff was rude and nasty. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

Location and loft

Cons:

Had the worst experience for 5 days trying to work from the suite, but the internet was not working. Complained several times and kept getting promises and excuses, but nothing was fixed. Last day a nice IT guy came and tried to help but couldn't, so he got me some compensation and apologized as he said the entire hotel is running on 2003 slow network. They should be upfront and honest, instead of deflecting for 5 days then admitting at the end that nothing can be done. The lady manager kept trying to blame me for not moving to another suite, while both neighbors said their connection was also super slow and sometime unusable. For a premium price like what I pqid, and the fact that it's in the business downtown near all consulting companies, the least they can do is have proper working internet, and good quick support.
