Pros:

My go to hotel in Cebu City. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Now even better with newly renovated bathrooms.

Convenient for purpose of trip to Cebu but would recommend spending more to upgrade room.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Was next door to CFO building (was only reason why we booked this hotel).

Cons:

Room was small. Bed was uncomfortable. I could not sleep and resulted in sore back. No bidet, hair drier, or iron/ironing board.

Cons:

Aircon was very noisy until we turned off Auto. Fan in CR very loud also. Noisy street outside.

Helpful staff, great location :)

Cons:

The building is old, room i was in is also old and had bed bugs. Front desk is very helpful tho. The photo is not as bright as in person.

Accommodation in the city center for good price
Pros:

The accommodation is in the city center with many restaurants, clubs and some striptease bars. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

The sink was broken, so I couldn't use it because the water was flowing out at the bottom. I always had to wash my hands in the bath. But that wasn't a big deal for me after all, because I just stayed there for 3 days.
