We loved the pool and jacuzzi, so nice and relaxing! The location was also safe and there were many options for breakfast. The service of making our beds and giving fresh towels was also good. The place was also very family friendly.
The shower is only made for the head so it is hard for us to shower if we do not want to wash our hair.
Spent two nights at the suite (2 beds/2 baths) for a total of $1000+.
1. Service was very average - not friendly nor rude. just indifferent. We had to call to ask for wifi pw; call to ask when bfast is and what time it ends, etc. Basically they give you key cards and that's that.
2. Room was FILTHY. My kid ran around with bare feet on the carpet and I literally had to wash them after a while because they looked like the bottom of her shoes!! We dropped a pair of headphones behind the sofa. It was so gross we almost didn't want to pick them up if not because of that was the only pair.
3. Location was ok - close to shopping mall

Great location and pretty decent breakfast! Front desk person Enzo was fantastic. He was welcoming, gave us great recommendations for what to do around the area. Truly a top notch representative for the hotel!
Bed was a bit uncomfortable but more just a personal preference. Everyone is different when it comes to that. It was adequate.

The staff was accommodating and generally pretty nice. Not necessarily super informative about the area but tried to look up what they could to help. We looked forward to breakfast; they kept complementary apples and bananas always on display which was a nice touch. Everything was kept very clean.
The outlets do not work well by the headboards - my chargers kept falling out of socket. There are no USB inserts to charge your devices in the entire room. The tv remote was difficult to use -- it might have needed new batteries since it had at least 2-second delay when you pushed a button or it just didn't work at all. The pullout bed should not be considered a bed, no one should be forced to sleep on this. We decided to keep it folded up and slept on it as a sofa. Not ideal but it worked for anyone who was exhausted enough. I was limited to only two additional bath towels and 1 additional blanket. Not sure if they just had low inventory at the time. On the first night, we had to move rooms since we were up against the street and heard every noise and every emergency vehicle, made it difficult to sleep. It was a little surprising the amount of emergency sirens. Homeless and vagrants were minimal, so I felt ok about the safety factor. When booking my stay, I did not account for parking fee which was kind of a bummer. The location was ok - we may try a spot closer to the beach next time though.
Room was clean and roomy
There was a high pitched noise coming from somewhere and we could not figure it out. We had to ask to change rooms, but the second room did not have that same problem.

The place was great 👍 unfortunately our upstair neighbors had alot of running around early morning and late at night. The gentleman was smoking Marijuana right out the balcony which I know its not allowed. It smelled horrible and my son has asthma so that was disappointing. Specially since we had booked the weekend.
The pool had a bunch of kids horse playing so we didn't get to use the pool this weekend.
Very high value for money. Very clean. Great staff.
