Well-designed super fun place great for families.
Pros:

Super thoughtful design, great spaces to hang out and meet other guests. Loved grandma‘s basement. So great for families.

Cons:

It is a bit noisy on Douglas, but the charms of the place far outweighed that.

Loved the 70s atmosphere 👌 the kids loved the pool and waterslide. We also loved the breakfast on site at Rubys

Cons:

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and we pointed out to stare outside at a school bus lot..

We enjoyed our time and would stay here again.
Pros:

We had our own suite so made our own food. Did not use the restaurant.
I liked the fact there is a pool and it is opened all year. I appreciate the fact there is a restaurant as that is very helpful for many folks.

Cons:

Kitchen facilities quite basic.

The studio suite was a good size for a family of 4, very clean and newly decorated. Funky vibe which the kids loved. Waterslide was fun for the kids

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were very chlorinated which led to some itchiness after. Hot tub was quite small and more of a warm tub than a hot tub. Disappointed that the hotel didn’t accept cash or debit as my credit card had recently been stolen. didn’t know that when booking.

Pros:

What a wonderful place! Super funky and fun, clean and cozy room...very comfortable bed, wonderful staff, great restaurant and hot tub and pool and waterslide...I particularly appreciated their green approach to coffee with cute little jars of ground coffee and cream and a water boiler and French press and reusable mugs and glasses in the room. I think the bed may have been more comfortable than my bed at home and it all just had such a nice inclusive welcoming vibe.

Cons:

I really don't have any complaints...it was just great. I guess for some people, the wifi might have been an issue...didn't seem to stay connected on my phone, but I do have data, so it wasn't an issue for me at all. The smart TV didn't seem to have any issues and connected to my Netflix account no problem.
