Lovely hotel. The stand out was the dinner we had in the restaurant. It was absolutely beautiful. We were still raving about it two days later. In fact we had intended to eat there again on our last night but it was shut on a Sunday!
Location is amazing, literally 30 second walk from train station. Staff were very pleasant. Rooms were spacious, clean and with good amenities. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
If I was going to be picky, the pillows were uncomfortable for both of us. The shower soap products also left my skin very dry. But these are minor things, overall it was a great stay.
Location is perfect. Centrally located to all major sites. Not cheap, but comfortable and convenient. Good breakfast buffet for effortless start to the day.

A convenient location and a lovely hotel
Excellent location, central location, spacious rooms, beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, very quiet considering its location.
Some carpets were a bit dirty - lifts, corridors but this was only a minor issue as the rest of the hotel was excellent
Personeel was super aardig. Locatie was goed. Parkeergarage fijn dichtbij.
Douche was kapot. De douchestang kwam bijna los van de muur. Douchekop was niet in hoogte verstelbaar, deze zat muurvast aan de stang. Geen steady warm water. Koud/warm/koud/warm. Oude kitranden badkamer. Slecht doortrek systeem toilet. Geen föhn aanwezig. Vloerbedekking in de gang was niet een beetje vies (zwart), maar heel erg vies. Alles ademende achterstallig onderhoud. Ontbijt had weinig verse producten.

Nothing
I just spent 2 nights here in Hilton Brussels. The location is super convenient, next to Subway station. A short walk to many tourist places i.e. Grand Place, Manneken Pis. I got room upgrading to more spacious space. The breakfast was good. Thanks to Jovelyn who took care us so well during breakfast.
