Slightly disappointing facilities for an international chain.
Pros:

Good location if you are arriving by train at Centraal station.
Helpful staff, with a special mention for Sara.

Cons:

The only hotel restaurant closes between 14:00 and 18:00. No all day cafe or other option for food except limited bar snacks. For an international hotel chain located opposite a busy train station this is strange.

Exceptional First Brussels Stay – Lifetime Diamond Standard!
Pros:

My wife and I recently completed a 3-night stay at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place, and it was outstanding. As Lifetime Diamond members, we have high expectations, and this team exceeded them. Aside from being centrally located, the lobby is beautiful, our room was impressively spacious, but it is the staff that truly makes this property special.

We want to give a huge "thank you" to four individuals who provided superlative service:

- Jovelyn (Restaurant Hostess)
- Antonella (Restaurant)
- Ferit (Executive Lounge)

These employees represent the best of the Hilton spirit. If you are visiting Brussels, this is the team you want looking after you!

Nice hotel in the city centre.
Pros:

Gorgeous decor in the lobby, great bar facilities as well as little shop inside the hotel.

Cons:

Family bedroom was cramped. One double bed and then a sofa bed just plonked in the middle of the room which was uncomfortable.
