ロケーションが最高。グランプラス周辺を好きなときに散策できた。シャワーと別のバスタブがあって日本人向き。

Amazing location in Brussels
Pros:

The location is absolutely superb. Right across the train station and next to the older part of town where all the shops and tourist places are. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was more than adequate. Rooms are spacious and clean. Really good place to stay and easy to navigate to and from it.

BUEN HOTEL CON PERSONAL NO PROFESIONAL
Pros:

El hotel esta bien, (NO EL PERSONAL) buena decoración, habitación amplia.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no informan, tienes que preguntar tu sobre la estancia y opciones, malas contestaciones, sobre todo el de la tarde. El personal de la cafetería lo mismo, parece que le sepa mal que vayas a consumir. La opción salón ejecutivo, pagas un extra por tener solo cafés y palomitas. No vale la pena pagar este suplemento de 200 euros. A las 17:00 aun no han arreglado la habitación y hay que decirlo. Deja mucho que desear para ser un Hilton.

A déconseiller: personnel peu compétent et très mauvais rapport qualité-prix

La chambre était très spacieuse, la situation est centrale, le parking public payant juste à côté de l'hôtel est pratique

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Il n'y avait pas de lit pour notre enfant dans la chambre. Nous avons dû réclamer 2 fois à la réception, qui a finalement apporté un lit pliant à 23h.
En vérifiant si le canapé était dépliable, nous avons remarqué qu'il était taché et qu'il y avait des déchets et accessoires pour cheveux sous les coussins.
Il y avait un bruit constant dans la chambre, sans doute à cause de la proximité des ascenseurs.
On m'a refusé l'utilisation d'un bon cadeau Hilton sur base de conditions qui n'étaient pas mentionnées sur le bon.
Ma carte de crédit, donnée au check-in exclusivement pour la caution, a été débitée du prix du séjour à minuit la nuit du check-out, alors que j'avais précisé au check-in que je souhaitais payer avec un autre moyen de paiement.
J'ai envoyé des réclamations à l'hôtel qui sont restées sans réaction
J'ai fréquenté de nombreux hôtels à Bruxelles (et dans le monde), mais celui-ci n'en vaut vraiment pas la peine (or je note extrêmement rarement un hôtel négativement)

Pros:

Exceptional locatipn and veey friendly and kind staff

Cons:

Below expectations for a Hilton. Beautiful building but not 5star facilities like other Hilton hotels. The bed was average and the pillow was very bad, my neck hurt
