Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, en ce qui concerne l'hôtel tout était très bien, il n'y a rien a dire de négatif sur cet hôtel.
Rien du tout, tout était parfait
This hotel trades on its location.
The fact that my beautiful orange scarf was stolen from me in the hotel public areas on wednesday. I spoke to the duty manager who said she'd look into it. I get back to a hand written card saying that they had checked CCTV when I was in the bar and I didn't have the scarf on me. If that was the case they should have checked all the CCtv from the public areas on wednesday to see if I dropped the scarf. Of course they couldn't be bothered because that would have required them to be pro-active which is not how they roll.
The hotel was hosting some sort of conference and the staff were completely disengaged and over stretched at the same time. Service at breakfast was poor. Service at the bar was shocking- multiple requests for our order, the food took forever to arrive- no apology & thrown on the table- multiple requests for the check.
The room itself was dark. No room service on the Tuesday.
When I checked out Thursday morning the guy on reception summed the whole hotel up. Completely disengaged.
The hotel is grand and beautiful - we absolutely adored the lobby and its airy spaces and high ceilings. The location was superb, breakfast great and the staff exceptional in the way they deal with customers. Room service is prompt. We also loved the beautiful and interesting paintings exhibited on the walls of the hotel. In general our stay was very pleasant and amenable.
The smell...we aceded the hotel from the Grand Place car park and a horrible and very musty smell enveloped us immediately. This carried on into our room, albeit much fainter than the basement. But it was there all the time despite the air fresheners. Unfortunately that first impression stays with you whatever you get as a room. Hope they will fix this because otherwise the hotel is really perfect.

We booked and prepaid 9 king junior suites. At check in 4 of them had been downgraded. The hotel offered no notice before check in, no solution at all and no compensation before it was escalated to a manager. Even then the compensation was not really matching the events. Still waiting for the small refund based on the lower rate, which I don’t consider a compensation since we of course should not pay for a suite when getting a normal guestroom
As this was an extra night booked separately from a preceding work stay, we asked if it was possible to stay in the same room instead of having too switch rooms when switching from one booking to the next. While this has always been possible on previous stays here, it unfortunately did not work out this time. However, when we got down to the reception on the day of the switch, Alain and Sara was very happy to announce that they had a arranged something for us to make up for the inconvenience. They gave us new key cards and a room number on the top floor while not spoiling the surprise of which room it was. While it was clear at this point that we would have been upgraded to a suite, we were still very surprised indeed when we saw that we had been given the Presidential suite.
The King rooms have always been quite comfortable at this hotel, but this upgrade of course made the stay all the more relaxing. A very big thank you to Alain and Sara for going above and beyond to arrange this surprise for us.
Being upgraded to the Presidential suite meant more space to look through to make sure we didn't forget anything before checking out. This is very much a luxury problem to have though, so we're not complaining at all. :D
1st Visit to Brussels. Hilton Grand is located outside of Brussels Central Station. Hotel was a great spot for our home base. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, food and drinks were grand. Hotel was convenient to many of the site seeing in the area with plenty of restaurant and drink locations near by. We walked everywhere! Recommend this location for those wanting to be close to the action but not in the action. I ate some of the largest mussels I have ever seen and they were amazing! Be sure to try the "real" Belgium waffles! Chocolate is a must :)
I did not like your payment policy due to the fact 5 days after we left your hotel the security payments and pre-payments have not been returned and, moreover, 5 days after we left the hotel my banking card has been charged additionally for EUR428.60. You have to make money back! Perpetrators.
When booking the hotel which, I have to say is to a very high standard as well as being very centrally located. When booking the hotel as a silver member I’m prompted to book breakfast which, as stated on the hotel menu includes all types of eggs including Omelette.
When I arrived at breakfast I was told Omelette are not included despite the menu being waved in front of me stating that it does. Instead I was told it’s a l’carte only and I need to pay for it. This makes no sense a the female waitress was extremely rude to me. After I asked the questions which, she refused to accept the answer to. Preceded to speak about me repeating herself in French to her colleagues.
I find this extremely disrespect that she might assume I don’t speak French or understand it. This certainly isn’t the best start to my time here in Brussels and still makes no sense to me.
Konumu çok iyi. Temiz.
Odanın kalıriferi yanmıyordu. Resepsiyona ilettik. Çözüm olarak elektrikli ısıtıcı takıldı. Fakat bsnyo/ WC buz gibiydi.
Staðsetningin er upp á 10.
