Room door deadbolt lock didn’t line up, had to lift the door to engage the lock.
Flooring in bathroom is aged
The hot water in the shower was not hot, would not get hot. Let run to no avail. Luke warm for a shower

Other than a few things needing repair I thought it was a real nice hotel.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to get to. The area seemed safe and quiet.
The breakfast area was spacious and beautiful.
The breakfast had a good selection of food. I would say one of the better breakfasts we have had.

Cons:

Our hallway door was very difficult to get locked.
The bathroom door was hard to close.
The toilet seat was severely loose.
I found a water leak under the toilet tank.
A TV guide of some sort would have been helpful.
For me the bed was way too hard.

It was good. I got a good night's sleep.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Met up with friends for breakfast elsewhere.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the person that checked me in commented about me being from Bloomington. It shouldn't matter where I am from. I've never had anyone comment about being from Bloomington staying at the hotel.

King suite with jacuzzi and sofa bed.
Pros:

It has been recently remodeled. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

I paid for a nonsmoking king with jacuzzi and hide a bed. All I got was a king bed. Needed the couch for my elderly mom with a bad back. I would not have stayed here if I had known there was no couch. The tv keeps shutting off.
