Worst Western - only good thing was breakfast and leaving
Pros:

Breakfast was the only redeeming quality. And staff was kind considering the issues.

Cons:

I booked the hotel because of having a pool in order to take my boys swimming before going to a show in the evening. The pool was shut down, I made a comment about it being an outdoor pool and the storm they recently had, staff advised that the pool had been down for some time prior to the storm but there was no notice anywhere (other than staff telling me after checking in) of it being down. The elevator was also out of order, again no notice anywhere about the elevator until check in transactions were completed. My reservation requested close rooms, conjoined if possible, according to this hotel "close" rooms just means on the same floor even though one of the 2 rooms we were assigned had a room joined to it. To get from one room to my other we had to go down a hall take a turn and go to the end of that hall. Once checked in the rooms were on the top (3rd) floor so we toom the stairs up to find out the keys given to us all went to one room so no way of getting into the first one. We went down stairs and received new keys, which again did not open the first room. I called the front desk from my cell phone and staff was there pretty quick and did something with the door lock/handle, which fixed that issue. We then went back to the 2nd room which didn't actually lock. We didn't have to swipe the key and could just open the door to get entry, this was the 2 queen room where my teenagers were to stay. Luckily the deadbolt lock did work. There were placemats on the desk in each of our rooms with a qr code and wifi information however the wifi name that was listed did not appear, the listing for this hotel showed free wifi. The 2nd room had lights the flicker when turn on. The first room shower and sink both drained very slow. Water pressure is mediocre. There were hair in both rooms showers and the first rooms sink.

desk staff was helpful and corteous. hous keeping did a wonderful job and was very helpful.

pool shut down and not reported on website. overall condition of building. non working security doors, non working elevators.

Would been nice if rooms either little bit bigger or less furnished, to tighten and working elevators.

Nothing about this hotel did I like

Cons:

Bed bugs. Elevators were down and to reach the floors you had to access stairs on the outside of the building which were not locked and anyone could access them as there were no locks for hotel stayers protection

I will avoid this location in the future.
Cons:

The facility is aged. The tub and sink did not drain and water backed up. There was very little water pressure.
Thankfully the toilet flushed.
