Superb staff and accommodations!!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable plus the staff was amazing. My baggage was delayed coming in and the hotel staff arranged transportation to the airport at 7am. Even though it was Homecoming weekend, the hotel was quiet.

Cons:

My only thought is to have more healthy items on the breakfast menu.

Nice hotel if maintenance needs were addressed.
Pros:

The hotel was nice looking at surface level. Decent breakfast. Clean room. Pleasant counter staff.

Cons:

The elevator wasn’t working. A lady who stays there said it hadn’t worked all summer. Exposed electrical in the stairwell. Signs state no smoking, but one stairwell had a very strong smell of marijuana. Stairwells dirty. Pool green and gross.

Cons:

No elevator. My room wasn’t serviced. Most of the equipment in the fitness room didn’t work. Walls are paper thin so hard to sleep.

Will definitely be great once the renovations are complete
Pros:

The room was very clean.

Cons:

Stars. The motel is currently undergoing a major remodel, which severely impacts the guest experience. I was only warned about the broken elevators at the front desk during check-in, which is far too late if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Additionally, there are no microwaves in the rooms, and unlike most hotels, there wasn't even a shared microwave available at the breakfast bar or in the lobby. Management needs to be transparent on their booking sites about these missing amenities and infrastructure issues before guests arrive

Centrally located to the east side of town. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room included adequate working space and WiFi for remote work.

Cons:

The parking lot can be difficult to navigate around as it fills up and gets dark out.

Rename the Worst Western
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the mattresses/ beds and the continental breakfast The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, and hash browns in addition to cereal, waffles, and pastries. I was pleased with the breakfast selection.

Cons:

1- The elevator didn't work so we had to use the emergency fire escape stairs with all of our luggage. Then, those access doors stayed unlocked 24/7 offering access to anyone on the street!

2- This hotel advertises a pool, but they haven't had a pool all summer! I planned my trip around a pool for my kids. We were very disappointed.

3- Housekeeping came to my room once (out of 3 nights) and only made up 1 bed. No clean towels. No check in on the other days.

4- Bathroom shower is pitful. Water doesn't get hot enough and the shower pressure is poor at best. I was disappointed.
There were no hooks in the room to hang any items on. Just a large wardrobe that blocked the air conditioner (room 203).

5- By the end of our trip, my family and I have renamed this hotel the "Worst Western."

Pros:

I liked the room and the fact that the mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like that the elevator was out of order for over a month and the swimming pool has been out of order all summer and it was not communicated prior to my booking. To make matters worst I had to enter and exist from my room through the Fire evacuation stairwell. I did not feel safe with that door which is normally locked at all this was left ublock 24/7 which any random person could've had access to all rooms.

Don’t make the same mistake
Cons:

Chose this place because of the free crib and pool for the kids. Pool closed, elevator broken, have to enter thru exterior maintenance door that doesn’t lock so of course no crib, the entire parking lot is covered with weeds and rusty old signage, do not recommend. Stay literally anywhere else. Of course they won’t tell you the pool and elevator aren’t available before you book.

Horrible wouldn’t do it again. Mold in hallways black mold. Breakfast area hot and crowded.

The elevator quit working and we had to walk 3 flights of stairs. And of course they don’t tell you til you show up. 100 degree weather and stairs are located outside of building .

I wanted to try a different hotel but will go back to using my preferred one.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The pool was closed due to failed inspection. The elevators were not working. TV programming kept cutting off. Our room was by the exit door which could not close slowly. Everytime someone used it, it slammed, making loud noise. Very annoying during the night.

Disappointing. Booked this hotel for 2 nights but forfeited one night which we had to pay for and moved on.
Pros:

Room was ok

Cons:

Where do I begin. Pool closed since early July, lift out of order, washing machines not working, location seemed fine until we tried the Mall with loads of shops but a handful open. Nothing convenient. Very poor sadly.
