Safety
Same breakfast
The room was clean and comfortable.
Requiring a $100 deposit at check in ( we had no pets and didn't smoke or vape) was NOT necessary! We are awaiting our refund! The provided breakfast was short on supplies. We had to ask for a receipt. The staff seemed very unfriendly.
Breakfast was subpar. Minimal options
Receptionist was nice
Receptionist told me she would put me infront of the building for my safety. Why wouldnt I be safe? It smells musty and like cigarettes. The shower was sketchy looking looked like it needed repair. Mystery substance on the bathroom sink. Pictures didnt match the actual property. Pictures were way nicer. Room did serve its purpose to sleep after long day of flying.
Extremely unsafe area where this hotel is located. Don't be tempted by the cheap price. The location feels very unsafe and the hotel itself has a sign outside stating that management is not responsible for vehicle theft or for any belongings left inside your car. That alone was a red flag. We had booking on July 18 but after seeing the neighborhood. we decided not to stay and instead checked into Hampton Inn across the street, which felt much safer. What is specially disappointing is that the hotel still charge us because their policy requires cancellation at least 24 hrs. in advance. How are guest suppose to know the neighborhood feels unsafe before they actually arrive. Its unreasonable to accept travelers to judge the safety of the location a day in advance when that can only be assessed after reaching the property. I would strongly recommend considering the location carefully before booking.
Television….did not work
Air conditioning….did not work
Shower …….did not work
NEED I SAY MORE …..left next morning !
Listed above !!!! Sorry
The lady at the front desk was helpful and kind.
First, we booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a functioning outdoor pool. It did not. The pool existed but it was emptied and filled with garbage cans and bags of garbage. Second, the hallways smelled faintly of weed and the bedroom smelled like a bad coverup of old cigarette smoke which triggered my allergies to kick in. Third, we booked a king suite and we were downgraded to a queen suite without being told ahead of time and because we checked in late had no choice but to accept which meant that some members of our family did not get to sleep on a bed. Fourth, the room looked okay at first glance, but on closer inspection there was something crusted on the bathroom sink, the couch had large brown stains on it, the iron only worked half the time, and when I tried to use the blow drier in the morning it fell off the wall and wouldn’t work at all. The shower was a cold to lukewarm experience as well and I got up early and was the first to use it. Finally the overall appearance of the hotel was run down and dirty and not match the photos online. The front desk looked like it was crumbling and badly needed a paint job, the carpets were worn thin and looked dirty and the outside was grown over with weeds and smelled strongly of weed. We planned to stay for two days but within 5 minutes of being inside our hotel room we booked another hotel to move to the next day. I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life, from 2 star to 5 star and I’ve never stayed in a hotel in such disrepair.
Zero
Booked online with a group that complained of a terrible odor and cleanliness and tried to cancel via online booking and was passed around and payed for a room we never would’ve dreamed of staying in. Gross
There was stains on the bed sheets. The shampoo and conditioner was half used
Clean and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was good, but got picked over quickly by others that were staying there taking food back to their rooms.
Had to change rooms multiple times due to broken locks, broken a/c unit and broken television. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier.
I walked into the facility and there was a note that says sorry we're under construction and the paper look like it was maybe 6 years old full stains there was stuff all over the floor the room smelled and then I was charged $100 deposit and I didn't even stay
nothing
Good experience, clean, good breakfast, but after 3 business days I am still waiting for my security deposit to be returned.
