Clean
Nothing
Room was pretty clean.
Terrible shape in lobby and hallways. Smoky even though the place is non smoking.
Breakfast lacking.
Nothing at all
Hallway smell like dust and smoke
The door to my room was extremely hard to get open, instead of changing rooms they just showed us a better way to struggle to open it. Every day we came back to the hotel we had to get a new room key because mine just stopped working. The bathroom was extremely disgusting, mold and dirt. The door had brown fingerprints like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the bathroom door also was almost impossible to close. The only redeeming quality was the stuff was always pleasant. Overall not a good experience.
After booking this stay through Priceline after reading the reviews, I thought it would work because of the location. After a 5 hour drive, upon arrival, I was floored. It looked like a zombie property, dilapidated and unkempt. Now note, I work in the hospitality and travel industry, traveling all over the country for my job. I have stayed in several dozen hotels. This is the first time I checked in and decided that I couldn't stay. Although the front desk staff was nice and competent, the state of the property was horrible. The front desk was so worn out I didn't want to touch it. She gave me a room on the first floor. To get there, the lighting was incredibly poor and the carpeting was dirty and smelled like wet dog and laundry detergent. The room itself was tidy enough but the bathroom was in disrepair which included missing tile and caulk in the shower, which also seemed covered in soap scum. There were also no towels anywhere. I sat in the room for about 5 minutes. The window was next to a parking lot with little distance between the room and a parked car. This made me feel incredibly unsafe. I became so upset that I decided to check out and find another accommodation. I felt bad because the girl was nice and understanding, but I also had to go with my gut, which by now was worked up and upset. I am sure this doesn't happen often. I have stayed at different La Quinta properties before for both work and pleasure, but after this experience, I will be hesitant to consider it again. Because this was a deal on Priceline and non-refundable, I was told to reach out regarding a refund. I also think the reviews and pictures of the property are very misleading. I also haven't received the incidental charge back either. I would happily speak to someone regarding this experience and hope to never have something like this happen again.
Bed bugs ran down
Nothing
It was in an alright area for a decent price and the staff was quite friendly.
The shower still had hair in the bottom of it, and the water didn’t heat up for a good 20 minutes.
Loved how comfy the bed was! It was sleeping on a cloud!
There wasnt great water pressure so the toilet would nott flush correctly.
Location and price

Picked this place for the small price tag and quickly regretted it. Sheets were stained, bathroom floor was dirty, gum stuck to the side of the nightstand, hair in the on the blow dryer, shower tiles were dirty. Last time I stay at any La Quinta.
Clean. Very nice admitting person.
Lack of outlets, usb ports no comfortable chairs.
