Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt, nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

- Sehr einfaches Frühstück, nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.
- Die Junior Suite für 3 Personen war eher ein 2-Personen-Zimmer und für 3 Gäste ungeeignet. Kein Platz für 3 Koffer.
- Das Zustellbett für die 3. Person war ein Kinderbett.
- Fast ausnahmslos unzufriedenes, schlecht gelauntes Personal.
- Schriftlich angebotene Leistungen wurden teilweise verweigert, z. B. Frühstück per Zimmerservice.
- Zimmerreinigung trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nur teilweise erfolgt. Benutzte Gläser wurden im Badezimmer unter Leitungswasser ausgespült. Handtücher wurden trotz mehrfacher Bitte nicht ausgetauscht.
- Viele Services kosten extra, die in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels üblicherweise inklusive sind.
- Kein Laundry Service.
- Termin mit dem Front Desk Manager zur Beschwerde vereinbart; laut Rezeption war er zum Termin gar nicht im Haus.

Frühstück ist top. Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Lage des Hotels überragend.

Cons:

Bad mit Badewanne etwas nervig, weil sehr hoher Einstieg. Zimmer dürften etwas größer sein.

Hotel was right by the train station and and across the road from all the shops! Perfect.
Pros:

My flight got cancelled and I had to get from Leipzig to Frankfurt to get my connection home. The reception staff member on duty was hugely supportive, it was raining and he gave me an umbrella to get to the station and was genuinely lovely when I was very stressed!

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is that the roof bar should have been open later!

Less than stellar experience
Pros:

The Good: Conveniently located to the train station, public transportation and Old Town Leipzig. Coffee all day.
The Less Than Good: AC does not work appropriately, rooms are very hot. Beds are not comfortable. There is a pool but they charge you to use it.
Would not stay again.

Leipzig war wie immer eine Reise wert,

Der Frühstückservice hatte den gewohnt guten Standard, weiter so mit Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit!

Cons:

Eine auf dem Zimmer bei der Abreise vergessene, in der Steckdose angeschlossene Ladevorrichtung für Handy wurde lt. telefon. Auskunft vom gleichen Tag "nicht gefunden bzw. im Fundbüro abgegeben". Das Vergessen haben wir am gleichen Tage abends per Telefon an der Rezeption berichtet und um Nachsendung gebeten.
Die schriftliche Anfrage am Folgetag (per e-mail) dazu wurde erst mehrere Tage später beantwortet.
Die Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption von außerhalb ist extrem schwierig, wir haben keine Direktverbindung bekommen.

Klasse!
Pros:

Voor het tweede jaar op rij verbleven wij tijdens het Pinksterweekend in The Westin Leipzig, dat voorzien is van alle faciliteiten. Gevestigd in de omgeving van het station en centrum van de stad. Wij maakten geen gebruik van het restaurant (geen ontbijt noch diner). De kamers zijn mooi en goed onderhouden.
Leuk is ook dat je aan de receptie nog dranken en versnaperingen kan kopen om mee te nemen naar je kamer.
