We enjoyed our stay very much!
Pros:

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel vor allem wegen der Bar im obersten Stockwerk gebucht, ich finde man sollte schon hinweisen dass die Bar erst ab August geöffnet ist und die andere Lobby Bar erst um 17.00 öffnet

Wunderbare Aussicht im 26. Stock

Cons:

Völlig überzogene Parkpreise. Für Hotelgäste sollten 15 € für die Tageskarte auch genug sein.
25 € sind schon Wucher.

Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit großem Schrank und generell viel Platz (wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit einer Aufbettung). Das Personal war sehr freundlich, egal ob beim Frühstück oder am Empfang. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker. Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Dass man für den Wellness-/Poolbereich extra zahlen muss, wurde schon oft erwähnt. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass sich das nur dann lohnt, wenn man saunieren will (es gibt ausschließlich getrennte Sauna für Männer und Frauen). Der Bereich ist an und für sich schön gestaltet, aber das Poolwasser ist sehr frisch. Aufgrund des hohen Poolrandes ist er nicht für Schwimmanfänger geeignet. Das ist keine Kritik, aber sollte vielleicht extra erwähnt werden. Ich war mit meinen Kindern da. Vor einem halben Jahr, als der jüngere noch nicht sicher beim Schwimmen war, hätten wir den Bereich gar nicht nutzen können. Erwachsene, die sich schwimmend sportlich betätigen und sich danach in der Sauna aufwärmen wollen, werden sicherlich auch hier glücklich.

Cons:

Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist vorsintflutlich und eines Hotels dieser Qualität absolut unwürdig. Ich bin - leicht - gehbehindert und hatte massive Probleme, ohne Sturz in die Dusche zu kommen.

Ein schönes Hotel , aber das Kosten- Leistungsverhältnis (sehr kleine Zimmer) ist schlecht.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Die Nächte waren zu preisintensiv für die geringe Größe des Zimmers ( vor allem mit Kind) . Der Pool musste extra bezahlt werden (sollte in dem Preis mit enthalten sein)

Erst gefreut,dann enttäuscht
Pros:

Zunächst überraschend ein Upgrade bekommen,
Frühstück war gut

Cons:

leider kurz danach enttäuscht weil die Toilettenspülung defekt war und wir das Zimmer wieder tauschen mussten, das war dann im Vergleich schon sehr abgewohnt
