Ich bedanke mich für die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter vom Service, Roomkeeping und der Geschäftsleitung!
Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung wurden alle meine Fragen im Vorfeld geklärt und mir nebenher noch mein Wunschzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.
Besonders positiv überraschte mich ein von der Geschäftsleitung bereitgestelltes persönliches Geburtstagspräsent auf dem Zimmer.
Aufenthalt und Überraschung definitiv gelungen.
Es wird unter diesen Umständen meine Nr.1 in Leipzig bleiben 👍

Cons:

Das völlige Fehlen eines Kühlschrankes im Zimmer habe ich schmerzlich vermisst. Es gibt immer Dinge, die kühl im Zimmer verfügbar sein müssen.
Eine Minibar im dieser Hotelkategorie sollte Selbstverständlich sein.
Wobei ich eher Wert auf eine Kühlbox lege..
Das Vorhandensein einer 24/7 Snack und Getränkebar an der Rezeption fängt zwar einiges ab, aber ersetzt aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht den Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Ich glaube mich zu erinnern, dass es früher Kühlbox/Minimal gab (?)

... Dennoch 5 Sterne für den Aufenthalt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Da wir im West schon seit circa 15 Jahren wohnen, werden wir wohl bei einem Aufenthalt in Leipzig immer wiederkommen
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit und Organisation war gut

Cons:

im Restaurant ist das Frühstück nur in Form eines Buffets zu bekommen-mein Mann und ich wollten lediglich einen doppelten Espresso plus Käsesemmel und einem Orangensaft. Um das zu bekommen, mussten wir die Gebühr für 1 Buffet Preis bezahlen. Wir haben uns dieses eine Buffet dann teilen können. Gefreut hätten wir uns für eine kleinere Portion wie es in der Werbeseite des Hotels steht.
