Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto del mio soggiorno, dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, alle colazioni di alta qualità ogni giorno.
Pulizia ottima, palazzo caratteristico.
Camera super silenziosa dotata di condizionatore.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed for 6 nights, and really liked it: location was great; room was spacious and clean; AC worked very well (important when the outside temperature is 95F!); and - equally important - very friendly staff. We had a couple of small problems along the way, and they were promptly solved to our satisfaction. Looking forward to stay there again!

Cons:

Lift is tiny. When we checked in, renovation was underway causing noise, dust and blocking views but they didn’t advise us before arrival.

Gut gelegen, sonst ziemlich mässig.

Die Lage ist gut, zentral und in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.

Cons:

Es waren viele kleine Dinge, die sich zu einem ärgerlichen Ganzen zusammengefunden haben. Das Badezimmer war oberflächlich geputzt, in den Ecken und auf den Kanten war klebriger Staub. In der Dusche ragte ein rostiges Rohr aus der Wand. Das Frühstücksbüffet war mässig, die Bedienung desinteressiert bis brüsk.

Impensable de louer une chambre dans cet état…
Cons:

Hôtel en plein travaux et aucune communication et proposition pour régler le problème. C’est en arrivant que je me suis aperçu que toute la façade était en travaux avec une grosse bâche devant. J’ai donc demandé directement au réceptionniste de m’assurer que ma chambre n’était pas de ce côté là et malgré qu’il me l’air garanti je me retrouve dans une chambre côté travaux avec une grande bâche blanche en guise de fenêtre, avec les outils qui pendait…
Aucune excuse derrière ni proposition de remplacement de chambre alors que j’avais bien expliqué que je devais travailler dans cette chambre le lendemain matin…
J’ai dû me trouver un autre hôtel dans l’urgence en bataillant avec l’établissement pour me faire rembourser.
Plus de 150€ pour une chambre vieillotte avec vue sur la bâche et les outils de chantier c’est vraiment pas correct. Je comprends même pas comment l’établissement a pu mettre en loc une chambre dans cet état…
