Excelente ubicacion
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, tanto para ir andando como si necesitas transporte público. Desayuno bufete completo. Personal muy amable que habla español o lo intenta, dispuestos a ayudarte. Servicio de consigna de maletas (salíamos de Roma a las 19 h y el checkout es a las 11 h). El edificio es una casa antigua muy acorde con Roma. Cafetera y tetera en la habitación y agua y un dulce como detalle de bienvenida. Toallas grandes para la ducha. Elementos de tocador. Un poquito de ruido porque está en el centro pero llegas tan cansado que ni te enteras Nuestra habitación un poquito pequeña pero tenía cama de matrimonio bastante cómoda. Minibar. No es un 4 estrellas de España (por limitación del edificio, no por atencion), pero la ubicación compensa.Sin duda lo elegirías de nuevo

Cons:

El ascensor es unico y antiguo, es un inconveniente, pero también está muy acorde con el edificio. Yo prefiero quedarme con que era pintoresco. El mobiliario un poco desgastado pero en perfecto estado. Un poco pequeña la habitación.

Cons:

Für ein 4 sternehotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Bett katastrofe bei einer bewegung war es laut krachend. Frühstück wie im keller keine fenster öde . Zimmertür hat ausgesehen als hätte jemand die tür aufgebrochen nach reinigung türe offen riesigen schlüsselangänger. Fenster undicht. Lift nur für 2 personen hatten angst ihn zu benützen mussten immer zum 3 stock ldie treppe nehmen da personen im lift steckengeblieben sind niemand hatt sie gehört rufen bis wir da waren. Altes hotel einfach nich sicher bin sehr enttäuscht. Haben exstra ein 4 sterne hotel genommen für komfort aber nein schade.

ROOM 209: Small Room, Small Bed, No available Electric Sockets, worst No leg room for WC, Floors are bouncing and making sound, Breakfast area. DEFINITELY NOT A 4STARS HOTEL. Maybe 3Stars. Sorry.

Gran decepción. Solo bueno la ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima y el hotel es bonito, aunque necesitan una gran reforma. Del personal la mayoria borde menos una chica que hablaba español que fue encantadora en recepción.

Cons:

La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear. Mismo papel en el suelo durante días por ejemplo o nos ponen un antifaz y una tapa de biberón que encontraron al limpiar el tercer día que no era nuestro! No quisimos saber desde cuándo estaría allí eso. Habitación muy descuidada con mampara que no funcionaba y se llenaba de agua el baño cada vez que te duchabas, madera toda levantada por la humedad, armario con cajonera dentro y 5 perchas para 3 personas, sin espacio de almacenamiento. La verdad que por el precio una gran decepción. No volveremos a repetir cuando volvamos a roma

Beautiful building & perfect location to explore the historic attractions we came to see in Rome

Location, breakfast, staff & decor

Cons:

Very loud! Traffic outside was busy all hours of the day. Our room was very hot! Maybe air conditioner was broken but it was very hot & open window traffic from outside was u bearable making it difficult to sleep.
