The afternoon/night staff person was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean. Th breakfast was decent.
The TV did not work properly. Could not get it to change channels. The furnishings and the bathroom are very old and used looking. The air conditioner did not function well. We had it turned all the way up and the room still was not cool. We were called after we left and accused of taking a pillow. We did not take a pillow.
Such a horrible experience. I will never stay at any hotel with that name again. I also plan to tell my YouTube and TikTok fans not to as well.

I did not spend much time there. It was a place to sleep on a long drive. However the staff were very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and the area was kept clean and refreshed by another friendly person.
Location is good but local traffic can be heavy. The building is aging but still runs well. Friday morning construction before 7 AM may or may not have broken ordinance code.
Every thing was great .We have stayed there many times ,always clean rooms and friendly staff .Breakfast is good and good coffee.
I am short the beds are comfortable ,but they are high hard for me to get on .

The breakfast was excellent with a large selection and the location was near restaurants a through way and of course close enough to my destination that the short commute to my daughters home was negligible.
The heat wave that Tennessee and the south in general was suffering. I blame the hotel, just kidding 🙂
