Pros:

Hôtel récent. Bien placé proche du marché. Chambres simples mais propres. Petit déjeuner oeufs, nouilles, pain toasté, fruits. Très peu de choix en sucré. Personnel très sympathique. Pour se déplacer le soir pour le resto, possibilité d'y aller avec le bus commun à utiliser comme taxi.

Very pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay for a week. I will definitely come back.
The room was spacious, well equipped and clean, with nice river view. Stable internet connection, though not so fast like in Yangon. Every morning there was a surprise with the breakfast of local taste. Very nice and kind staff. Local restaurants in walking distance, international ones a little bit far but still you can walk in 15 min.
