Overall, it was a good stay people that work. There were very friendly and very courteous.
Pros:

Good location and convenient

Cons:

Could’ve been a lot cleaner…. didn’t like the fact that the children that were staying there were on the second floor and all we heard all night was kids running back-and-forth because they put us on the first floor. Children should be on the first floor as a courtesy to other guests that are staying there.

Cons:

There were cockroaches, mice, the outside of the property along the hotel is dirty and there are people loving there. The children who love there run around the property and are loud. It does mot feel safe, and it is not clean, it is work and not updated. I was sitting on the toilet when water overflowing from upstairs poured down on me. Room changed but nothing else to rectify the experience.

Would rather stay at a different place next time.
Cons:

Cigarette smell in the room. Fire evacuation plan on room door vandalized. Trash in the bin from the previous guest. Shower drain didn't work well.

The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. However, next time I'd rather go for a more pleasant alternative.
