Pros:

all good except for hot tub
Pros:

i love this hotel...perfect location to meet my needs, clean, comfy, professional staff, and having bar & resraurant onsite eith good food n drinks is awesome. usually also love pool & hot tub...which is why i book at DoubleTree :)

Cons:

unfortunately the hot tub wasnt work too well my first attempt, and completely closed the secobd day i went... i sure hope its working next time i stay there!

Beside the breakfast, the kids and I loved it.
Pros:

The staff were really nice. The room was clean. The kids love the pool.

Cons:

It said the was breakfast included but there wasn’t. You will need to go to the restaurant down the street

Overall decent for the money. EXCELLENT COMFY BEDS.

Was told the full breakfast was included with room. But had to pay full $18.00/2 per day.

Check your bill at the restaurant for overcharges
Cons:

Shower drain was slow. Hair floating in the pool. Dirt on the floor of the hot tub. In the restaurant, the hostess added over $20 to our bill when she cashed us out.

Overall, if you are only staying for a short time, the hotel is not a bad option.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a pretty good location, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There were a few downsides. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. This time, we also had a room with beds and mattresses that were not very comfortable.

The biggest issue for us was the soundproofing. Even though the hotel description says the rooms are well soundproofed, there are noticeable gaps around the doors, so you can clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Because of this, it was difficult to sleep well at night.

We also had an issue with the shower. It was difficult to get both a comfortable water temperature and good water pressure at the same time. When the water was very hot, the pressure was fine, but at a normal, comfortable temperature, the water came out in a very weak stream.

The coffee in the lobby was also disappointing. It was extremely watery, almost transparent, with very little coffee flavor, and simply did not taste good.
