The room and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. I had lipstick on my water glass which I mentioned to the breakfast staff and a person at customer service. Make sure to ask for an itemized receipt at the end of your stay. I was told I was all good since they had a credit card on file. I asked for an itemized receipt and they had charged for 4 extra breakfasts even though we had it already included in our stay. Our beds were not made everyday and we had to ask for extra towels for multiple days since they only provided 2 bath towels when we were a party of 3. Our stay could have been better.

Our recent stay was made truly memorable because of Vik's outstanding hospitality and genuine care for guests. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed, valued, and special.

What stood out most was Vik's ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. He took the time to get to know us, offered helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions, and always greeted us with a warm smile and positive attitude. His professionalism was matched only by his kindness and attention to detail.

One evening, after noticing that we had returned later than expected, Vik personally checked to make sure everything had gone well and even shared some great suggestions for places we might enjoy during the remainder of our stay. Small gestures like these made a huge difference and demonstrated how much he genuinely cares about creating an exceptional guest experience.
