It was a beautiful room. But not hearing back from anyone after I called 2 times left a bad taste.

It was a beautiful room and i enjoyed the cookies we got at check-in

Cons:

I called 2 times before my stay and left 2 voicemails to see if i was able to get an earlier check-in time. No one called me back. I got to Andover at 10:30 AM and had to wait for a 4PM check-in which felt like a waster of money when we had a 11AM check out time.

it was over all a good stay, great breakfast

Cons:

well floor 2 smelt like marijuana, and my shower handle didn't work very well, it was stuck and I couldnt turn on the water, my husband had to pull really hard. He thought he was going to break it.

Comfortable stay, amazing staff, good location if you wanna get away for a little bit or even for work!

Everything was amazing with our stay. We had an amazing time. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Will return 100%.

Nisrine was amazing all weekend and made our stay a delight.
