We had a great vacation .
Pros:

The room was just as expected, clean, enough towels, very pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and a great start to the day!

The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable but that was no surprise.

Pretty decent stay.
Pros:

I had plenty of towels, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the ac unit was very loud and the breakfast could’ve run a little later than 9am

The hotel was ok for 2 nights. I would not recommend it and won't stay again.

Cons:

Very slow checkin; rooms not ready at 4 as stated; barking deck much too small and tight--scratched my car trying to get into a space; charged $15 per night without valet-stayed at a hotel up the street that was $10 with valet; of our rooms had a bad smell; one room balcony door did not work even after maintenance came so we couldn't use it; compressor was so loud on ac that it woke us up all night; staff was nonchalant and more interested in personal conversations; except for desk chair, nowhere to sit in room; breakfast could have been muc better- watery scrambled eggs and hockey puck fried eggs; stale bread

Don't trust your reservations
Pros:

The location on the ocean was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We were delayed in our planned arrival of 3pm due to traffic getting into the area. Instead of heading to the hotel, we had to go straight to our event. I got a call at 11:50pm when I was almost at the hotel that our reservation was no longer safe, and the hotel was booked. I had nowhere to sleep at nearly midnight with 4 other people. I had multiple confirmations from my booking site and the hotel, but all of a sudden, now my room was taken. After I got upset on the phone about the situation, they said they had a room, could not give an explanation about the magical appearance of a room. The person on the phone was not present at check-in, and the person at the front desk only said - I didn't call you. The parking cost was more than I had agreed to when I booked the room, and no one would speak to me (including a request from my booking site) regarding the issue. Still no resolution or contact from the hotel.

Wonderful
Pros:

Very clean , easy access, staff was wonderful , beds were comfortable. We’ll be booking here again

Cons:

I only stayed for 2 nights and in my information paper that was given to me stated light cleaning daily .. trash and towels .. deep cleaning would be every 3rd day. No one got our trash that piled up and we had to go down stairs to ask for towels .

Cons:

Hotel room doors did not shut properly. Key cards randomly ceased functioning. Parking garage was atrociously tight. Seattle's Best coffee was no good, at all. Loser, bigoted Karens were all over the property.
