Didn’t clean the room daily. Breakfast is terrible, nothing much to eat.

We checked out one day early due to the condition of the hotel and the room we were provided. The hotel is in need of an update and refurbishment. There is a disconnect between advertising for this place and the actual experience. We were not able to enjoy our stay from September 1st to September 3rd. Our first night we couldn’t sleep because the room had a strong stale smell. We indicated this to the registration desk as we checked out. We were advised to contact booking.com regarding a partial refund because we paid through your website. Please contact the hotel to proceed with partial refund for 1 night. Thanks

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel was very dirty, and one of the front desk staff members was extremely rude, unhelpful, and did not listen to our concerns.
The room was very dirty and uncomfortable. On our very first night, shortly after arriving, we discovered that the bed was broken. We immediately contacted the front desk, but the staff member told us over the phone that there was no one available to fix it and that, if we wanted, we could check out. This was around 10:30 PM on Labor Day weekend, after we had booked the hotel weeks in advance. I asked her, “Are you kidding? How are we supposed to find another hotel at this time?”

We reported the broken bed two more times. Someone eventually came to look at it but could not fix it. On the second visit, they left an exposed metal support, and my daughter hit her leg on it. They had to come back again and finally provide the proper metal support. Pictures are attached as evidence.

The room itself was extremely dirty. Honestly, if you are planning to stay here, you may want to keep your shoes on—even while sleeping. The balcony was also dirty and constantly had water on the floor. The air-conditioning systems drain their water onto the balcony, and water from the AC units above also comes down onto your balcony. There does not appear to be a proper drainage system.

Another important issue is that there is NO DAILY ROOM CLEANING. If you expect regular housekeeping or daily room service, this is not the hotel for you. The lack of cleaning seems to contribute to the overall condition of the property, including the rooms, hallways, lobby, and elevators, which were all very dirty.

My biggest question is for Booking.com: How is this hotel rated 8.8? Based on our experience, I believe the overall rating should be closer to 4.5 or lower, not 8.8.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with good customer service and proper maintenance, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Did not stay here this time but we have before and it is a beautiful property and great location we will definitely stay

I love this property but did not get to stay here due to our vehicle not fitting in the parking garage and no other parking available for oversized vehicles. The staff was very kind and understanding when we had to cancel out stay

There is no offsite parking for oversized vehicles so we did not get to stay here.
