Dirty carpet. Strong chemical smell. Cleaning products, bleach smell. Pool strong chemical smell. Pool area in poor repair. Elevator carpet dirty and in need of repair. Lady at front desk not very friendly.

False advertising. There was no breakfast as advertised.
Cons:

My reservation indicated that breakfast was included. It was written into the reservation. When we went to breakfast all that was there was coffee. The person at the desk said we could have a discount at one of the area restaurants. That was it.

Our stay in this hotel was damp and miserable.

The staff I interacted with were friendly. The room looked clean but everything was damp.

Cons:

The room was too humid - everything was damp, even our clothes in our suitcases after the first night. We stuck to the sheets because of the damp. None of us slept well. The phone didn’t work. The outer doors to the building didn’t lock. There was no employee there overnight. There was no breakfast, which we discovered after finding the lobby locked at 7am. There was one ice machine for the entire building, and I had to search for it. I received a text prompt for questions and concerns. I asked when breakfast was served and never received a response. We left early and drove past midnight to get home rather than try to sleep there the third night we paid for.

Room was not cleaned. Next day I requested for housekeeping but it was not done until 5 pm while our return from the Islamd. We had to skip it. All the devices were unplugged. Microoven was on the dinning table and unplugged. Phone was not working. Refrigerator was not cooling up. AC not working properly. No breakfast provided only protein bar. Such a bad experience.

Very dirty bath floor. Complained first day stayed 4 nights wasn’t addressed. Pool green could only see some of bottom in shallow end. Black mold in fridge at door wall bath floor. No maintenance at this facilities. We came to sight see but sad couldn’t use pool. I put towels all over bath floor to walk on. It’s call bleach and a power washer for outside and algae on balcony. Please stay somewhere else.

Good place to stay on water
Pros:

We had a 2nd floor balcony room overlooking parking lot, my parked car and the water.
Pool & Hot tub were clean, front desk was helpful.
Room had an overabundance of 'cleaning' smell, but quickly aired out w/ slider to fresh air balcony opened.
Very quiet room - other than for some rude motorcyclists revving motors and yelling obscenities to each other across the parking lot (and they were friends?)
Bathroom wallpaper in bathroom was separating from wall, but room was in general decent shape, other than stains on carpet.
Beds were clean and comfortable.
As an FYI: if you rented thru Super.com - they falsely claim this property has free breakfast, IT DOESN'T.
Not Ramada's fault.
The front desk had 2-for 1 coupons for restaurants w/in walking distance that saved us $21.
I would stay again

BTW: Beware of "Bedbug" feedback at this or any other hotel.
Trust me - if they had bedbugs they would have easily taken and shared pictures as proof.
No pictures, no proof, just an easy way to trash a property.
One can easily tell if there is an issue prior to checking in; google it.

It was a very nice stay… employees were very nice.
Just noticed in room, the smoke detector was extremely dusty and all of the fire doors 1st to 3rd floors at both ends of hallway were blocked open which goes against for code

Pros:

The jacuzzi room we were in the first night smelled of mildew so badly that we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, they didnt have any other jacuzzi rooms. They were very friendly and accommodating with our request.

Overall the building hasnt been updated in years. It was clean and good for sleeping while spending the day outdoors.

It was ok.
Pros:

I liked how I had a balcony to look Orr at the lake

Cons:

The people in the next room over were loud and arguing and slamming the patio door and going in and out of the patio doors constantly. It was rather annoying and not very peaceful
