Family friendly
Pros:

Family, friendly hotel with excellent pricing for Mackinac city. We had a suite with a partial Lakeview. The kids loved the beach and playing inthe water. The hotel had a good size parking lot and was easily accessible. Close proximity to downtown as well as the ferries. We would definitely be stayinghere again for our next visit in Mackinac city.

Great stopover
Pros:

Departing the island from living on it a few months and this property was so accommodating. The front desk and housekeeping went over and above to help with my luggage and get me in a room I requested early.
I rested well to start my journey south. Thank you Ramada, Mack City!!

Had a nice 2 day visit with my sister. Spent a great deal of time on the hotel's beach.
Pros:

Clean room, nice beach area, quiet

Cons:

Shower didn't work right with h/c dial. Either ice cold or scaldng hot. Finally got it to come out lukewarm. Sink did not have much pressure and had to run over 5 minutes to get warm.Hot tub was lukewarm.

Trying somewhere else next time.
Cons:

Asked for a rollaway, staff acted as if they didnt have any until I mentioned I saw them when cleaning left the door open to their room. Then tried to charge me $50 a night for it when it is actually $30 per night. Hot humid hallways, room felt damp despite having the AC on.

Perfect place to stay after a full day on Mackinac Island
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Ramada inn. We were on Mackinac Island All day and chose to stay here instead of on the island. It was a nice surprise to see we had a lakefront room right on the water and a balcony. Clean, nicely, furnished, Good strong water flow. The breakfast is only coffee tea and a granola bar.

Mackinaw City in Michigan the room was extremely disgusting for the first 45 minutes I did nothing but clean to make it to my standards to be more comfortable and let me tell you it was nasty we are diamond members we did report it but nothing got done about it

Room was not cleaned. Next day I requested for housekeeping but it was not done until 5 pm while our return from the Islamd. We had to skip it. All the devices were unplugged. Microoven was on the dinning table and unplugged. Phone was not working. Refrigerator was not cooling up. AC not working properly. No breakfast provided only protein bar. Such a bad experience.
