Wisdom Mystery Hotel

When we arrived we were informed a previous guest had the lost the key to our room. So every time we wanted access to our own room we had to ask permission for someone to unlock our door. This was an ordeal every time and we were repeatedly told to wait to access our own room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the noise insulation was poor. Meaning it felt like all guest were in the same room.

Ho saputo che da qualche mese la gestione è cambiata. Posso solo dire che per colazione offrono letteralmente solo una tazzà di te o caffè, un piatto a scelta che contiene solo 2 uova (sode, strapazzate, fritte), 2 fettine di cetriolo, 2 fettine di pomodoro. 2 wurstel. Finito niente altro!! E gli ultimi due giorni nella colazione non apparivano più neanche le 2 fettine di pomodoro. Ho dovuto insistere per ottenere una seconda tazza di caffè!!! Hotel bocciato in partenza se sapevo che la nuova gestione voleva fare economia in questo modo. I letti sono duri come il legno. Forse in quella zona è abitudine dormire così ma dalla seconda notte ho preferito dormire sul divano della stanza.

Nothing as such.

Very disappointing. Not what their website shows. I asked to be moved to better part of hotel...but they said it was full....though the rooms were turning over everday. Mold on ceiling and wall of room, water barely warm in shower, dirty looking grayish towels w stains, bed hard as a rock...when I specificasked for a soft bed due to back problems, now help from the very poor management, no English speaking staff, sewer gas in room, garbage piled out front of hotel, laundry outside of my room. Room came with two half used rolls of toilet paper, my room or linens were never cleaned once during the 5 days I stayed there. Will never stay there again. 😫
Again, not the staffs fault. The staff is mostly all young kids.

Caos nearest

Already at the start of our booking the hotel informed us our room was double booked because of a human mistake from their side. We bookee the stay many months before but did not receive priority. They told us we needed to change room every day, which is not really convient for us. I told them I only would pay each day for the night after. Once I said this, they suddenly could move someone else so we could stay 2 nights in the same room which we appreciated. We agreed and paid for these 2 nights.
For the 3rd night they told us to move to another hotel of the same owner. Meanwhile they had placed our bags outside instead of in in a safe space at the reception.
We took our bags ourselves 2 streets away because there was no transport anytime soon. Once we where in they other hotel, they gave us a room with only one 2-person bed. So no bed for the kids... They had no familly room at all. As we wisely did not pay already for this night we told them we would look for another hotel with family room and to cancel the 3rd night as they could not comply with our booking. The whole experience was verry inconvenient and costed a lot of our precious time. Espescially because reception does not speak English well enough (only with Lao translate app).
The room has al lot of potential but lack maintenance and cleaning. The toilet seat is loose, there is dust of many weeks around the bath, hairs in the bad etc...
Also functional it is weird all Windows have blinds or curtains except for the window looking directly on the bath. This also means that dayligtht comes in early in the morning.

During my 4 days of stay, my room was never cleaned despite the request. I didn't repeat myself since they know there's an occupant on one of their rooms. I'm sure the lady who does the daily cleaning knows that she has never went to my room to tidy up.
My trashcan was never emptied.
Wifi is so poor inside my room. I had to get out of my door to be able to load an app and continue an online transaction.
I had a data service though but I thought the wifi service was stable.
The 2nd floor gives an eerie feeling. I'm not a scaredy-cat, but maybe i'm having a not so good days then.
The room was big since there's a loft, but then it's too expensive based on the service, facility and etc.
The bed is hard than usual.
The cabinet on the second floor is full of dust with a few trash (black garbage bag and few bamboo sticks).
1 toothbrush and a pinky size toothpaste for 4 days.
2 bottled water for 4 days.
No hand/bar soap.

Wir kamen an und an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer mit Balkon nicht mehr verfügbar sei und wir auf die andere Straßenseite in ein sehr viel kleineres und nicht wirklich sauberes Zimmer ausweichen müssen. Die Unterhaltung gestaltete sich sehr schwer, da der ziemlich unhöfliche Mann an der Rezeption weder Englisch sprach, noch sich wirklich bemühte. Viel mehr telefonierte er die ganze Zeit. Irgendwann erklärte mir der Chef auf Englisch über das Telefon, dass das nicht sein Fehler sei. Nach Beschwerden meinerseits wurde uns versprochen, dass wir am zweiten Tag unser Zimmer wechseln dürfen. Wir standen sicherlich eine Stunde an der Rezeption, es war sehr frustrierend. Am zweiten Tag sind wir dann wieder hin und es hieß, dass ein Wechsel nicht möglich sei, da alles ausgebucht wäre. Nach einiger Diskussion haben wir dann doch ein Zimmer erhalten, dass wenigstens etwas größer ist - dennoch ohne Balkon. Die Dame, die nun an der Rezeption stand war jedoch wenigstens freundlich und sprach passabel englisch. Das Frühstück sieht auch nicht gut aus.

Communication en Anglais parfois impossible

J'ai eu besoin d'aller à l'hôpital en urgence et le personnel de l'accueil n'a été d'aucune aide, pas réactif ! Le lit est abominable, c'est littéralement une planche de bois... Le petit déj laisse à désirer !

Éclairage defaillant, interrupteurs mal placés et faux contacts à l'étage
