Sin duda volvería
Pros:

Súper cerca de todo solo caminando y tenía dos tipos de almohadas, soft y firm, que me pareció excelente para poder elegir

Un poco pequeña la habitación pero tampoco fue problema, estaba muy linda y cómoda!

Pros:

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel because it was across the street from an event we were attending.
Pros
+ Good staff: courteous, kind, attentive.
+ Decent location at downtown's edge for activities.
+ Reasonable mattresses that provided decent support and comfort.
Cons
- Paper-thin walls that transmit normal-volume conversations in adjacent rooms into yours. Worst hotel we have visited in this regard.
- Noise from outside was constant and unmitigated. We have stayed in many hotels in Vancouver. None gave the experience of sleeping in a roadway this one provided.
- Had to run AC non-stop because otherwise the room was unpleasantly warm (upper 70s inside while lower 60s outside.)
- Dowdy and threadbare throughout: elevators/lifts, rugs, walls, Washroom fan worn out and wind tunnel noisy, etc. Way past time for a refresh.
- Attached/adjoing facilities were mediocre. There was a bar and a breakfast/lunch place that were of lower middle quality.
- Not really clean in the room or in the common spaces. Dust on the hall ledges, smears of ?? on bathroom door and doorjamb. Ick.
Overall, for a hotel that costs as much as it does, it was underwhelming and it failed at a hotel's primary objective: conditions for a good night's sleep. Avoid, if possible.

Great location, but need air filters or figure out where the musty smell is coming from.

First room was really musty. We were given another room and it was less musty but still aggravated my allergies. There also was a swarm of flies near the inside of the front entrance that just started there.

Decent but made me feel, how much better it could've been

Amazing location and great staff... Central location and great spot to explore Vancouver CnD and surronds

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows . All amenities in room

Cons:

Dated hotel and infrastructure, staff work really hard to keep it clean and presentable but Cleary needs a revamp. Has got so much potential but the 70s-80 decor, carpet and gym equipment just needs updating. Also still don't get why hotel gym open at 7 and close at gym? So are guests going to run away with weights ... A 5 AM start is the least for most work travellers. The property has the potential to get a 10 but at 500$ a night, it just felt undercooked...
