I would definitely return as it was comfortable, clean and secure.
Pros:

Jackson at checkin was fabulous!
Location was excellent for what I needed.
Bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Air con and room temperature was tricky to get right.

Location is awesome, staff are amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, some mornings the water was cold in the shower (could be that it was minus 5 outside) also we went for breakfast at Moxies, and we did not get very good service, kept getting missed.

Location was good and near the place that we intend to visit.
Pros:

They have a connection bridge called skywalk that interconnects the buildings at downtown. We were able to explore downtown through the skywalk and not having to go outside at extreme cold temperature.

Great Stay Except for the Beds
Pros:

Location, climate control, shower, and staff were great.

The beds were not comfortable. Mattress too firm and bedding was too warm.

Pros:

it was in an ideal location, the shower was AWESOME, the bed and pillows were comfy, everything was very clean, the staff were professional and helpful, and we appreciated the blackout curtains.

Cons:

the stairs were a little sketchy in the stairwell. but it’s an old building.

very poor and will not be returning
Pros:

The staff was pleasant minus our waitress in the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

There were a lot of sketchy homeless people wandering around inside the hotel, sitting on the couches, bare butt on the couch and dirty. Scary neighborhood with lots of scary people night and day. Woke up with little bites are all over us, each person in our room and our sons rooms was the same.
