Excellent!
Pros:

Perfect location and a very spacious, clean room. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit.

Cons:

I was happy with my stay. There's just one point but it's very minor: the hotel is on a lively street, so it can be a bit noisy, but with earplugs it wasn’t an issue at all.

This is a good centrally located hotel, good value for money and a great gym. I’ll be back
Pros:

Close to downtown and transport links. Great Gym area. Moxie’s. Tim Hortons opposite for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower head in my room 2009 was broken and poorly repaired. Sprayed water around a bit and will cause mould with time.

Nice stay
Pros:

It has a direct path to the public train which is free in the inner city, direct access to the +15 skywalk and a few blocks away from a park that goes along the river. Beds were comfy, staff were very pleasant and accommodating, i mentioned i am not good with lifts after finding out i was on the 9th floor, I went up anyway and unpacked so I didn't create a fuss and went back to reception where i asked if there were stairs i could use, they said they are only for emergency which is fine then offered to change my room, i declined purely because i had already unpacked. There is a McDonald's, Tim Hortons and cricle K right outside.

Cons:

Now for the downside and this is no fault of the hotel but its information i would have liked to have known, there does seem to be a spot outside the hotel that attracts a lot of homeless and addicts. If you're like me and a nervous traveller this information is probably important but the hotel is fantastic

Hotel confortável e bem localizado.
Pros:

A equipe toda do hotel foi muito simpática conosco. O quarto duplo com kitnet nos atendeu muito bem. Cama confortável e sofá cama aceitável como sempre. Limpeza muito bem feita. Café da manhã pago a parte bem servido para uma refeição rápida. Restaurante do hotel muito bom.

Cons:

O ar condicionado/aquecedor poderia ser menos barulhento, mas mesmo assim conseguimos dormir tranquilos. O quartos de canto da coluna 16, são um pouco barulhentos devido estar voltado para a rua principal. Tem muitos moradores de rua no local, mas nenhum deles nos perturbaram.
