Zentral gelegenes Hotel.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Bequemes Kopfkissen. Super Dusche.

Cons:

Unfreundliches und wenig kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption (hat behauptet der Ausweis sei abgelaufen, weil sie das Ausstellungsdatum nicht vom Ablaufdatum unterscheiden konnte - wurde aggressiv und unfreundlich). Reagierte sehr patzig auf Rückfragen. Keinerlei Infos über den Aufenthalt oder die Baustelle vor dem Hotel - Zu- und Ausfahrtsituation.
Parksituation ist unzumutbar. Direkter Hotelzugang nur über zwei Ebenen (1 und 2) möglich. Allerdings waren ausser 6 Parkplätze alle an Dauermieter vergeben. Mussten über eine Treppe das Gepäck hochschleppen, um zum Lift zu gelangen.
Das dritte Bett war ein unbequemes Schlafsofa. Jede einzelne Feder wurde gespürt. Es fehlten Kissen und Decke. Hatten aber keine Lust mehr an die Rezeptioniston zu gelangen, da wir mit noch mehr Unfreundlichkeit rechnen mussten.
Liftsituation extrem mühsam. Wir mussten teilweise 10 Minuten warten, bis wir Platz in einem Lift gefunden haben. Wir waren im 9. Stock untergebracht.

Great location, good if traveling with dog
Pros:

Great location, stayed with the family dog so nice to have a park right outside the front door. Also received a small package of free treats for the pet. Washroom is nice and with tiled floor so we just layed a pee pad out in case of emergency. Overall great experience.

Cons:

I was under the impression the underground parking at the hotel is free for hotel guests, it is not. $6/day plus GST. AC is cold eventually but VERY loud.

Goed hotel voor 2-3 dagen als tussenstop naar de campervakantie.

OK but terrible location
Pros:

Nice place, nice staff, nice facilities and rooms

Cons:

It's crackhead city directly opposite. Constantly harassed for money and cigarettes and even threatened violence once. Much more needs to be done to resolve this. I am a single male and would not be intimidated but I would not recommend this to any females.

Conforto e boa localização.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Os atendentes são simpáticos e dominam os seus afazeres com destreza. O restaurante Moxie nos atendeu muito bem, tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar. O hotel tem estacionamento.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto poderia ser um pouco mais silencioso.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel was in a good location for the central areas of the town to visit. We only stayed one night so didn't have a long time to experience the facilities on offer.

Very comfortable accommodation but difficult to sleep due to passing trains.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, powerful shower, reasonable size room. Good restaurant downstairs with variety of dishes for dinner and brunch.

Cons:

Noisy trains passing by every few minutes, difficult to sleep night or day.

Great hotel would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Calgary again.
Pros:

Second visit to this hotel and very pleased with my room. It was spacious and the bed was comfy. At this hotel you have a choice of either firm or soft pillows and the pillow slips have this embroidered on them. (Much nicer than the Hyatt Regency we also stayed at.) The attached restaurant, Moxies, was also very handy. Great location for the free tram and other transport. Also a Tim Horton's just across the road plus a McDonalds just slightly further down the street. There is a Safeway within walking distance as well as a couple of convenience stores and a drug store in the immediate vicinity.

Cons:

I found Calgary to have quite a lot of homeless people who seemed to stay in the vicinity of the tram line/stations. Didn't really matter which part. No one ever bothered or pestered me but I made it a point not to go out in the evening by myself.

Pros:

The staff was attentive and helpful. Moxies, the restaurant downstairs was tasty if a bit expensive, it was on the +15 network and right in front of thr train so getting everywhere was a breeze. My room was comfy and cozy. It was my first time staying in a Sandman hotel and I will do so again.
