Overall was impressed with my room on the 21st floor
Pros:

I can o ly speak for my room and it was clean and updated, my grind 2 floors up was not so lucky and had no a/c and a not so nice room for 30$ less than what I paid

Cons:

No exhaust fan in the bathroom

Pros:

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Coffee maker in room needs to be updated. Coffee was terrible and real cream would be appreciated.
Bottled water in the room would be great, complimentary or even at a nominal charge.

Neither come back nor recommend to others.
Pros:

Below my expectations with its cost. The location and room size are perfect though. Very convenient to have both the coffee table and dinning table. It’d be better if the bed is not that soft which is too soft for me.

Cons:

The lobby looks strange to me… a bit old and too simple especially under the brand of “Sandman”. If the color of curtain or furniture change to lighter / brighter, I trust that will give a better look.

For solo women travellers best not to stay here but then again I don’t know if its across Calgary
Pros:

It is close to the train/tram

Cons:

The location.. not so sure if it’s across Calgary but outside there were a lot of homeless people. Went to the convenience store across the hotel, and a homeless followed me inside and i was actually scared it was to follow me to the hotel. Then went to Mc Donalds another instance a lot of seemingly homeless people wee outside too..
