The elevator was broken and the TV would not upload anything. The front desk clerk was very nice and asked several times if we needed help with out bags due to the broken elevator.

Hot water too cool in shower
Pros:

The property has deteriorated over the years. Hot water was temperature was low and too cool for comfort. Other guests told us the same but front desk said we were only ones to point this out.
