A decent stay for the price point. Maintenance could be picked up a little more.

check in too late check out too early not even water or pop complementary for the guest the blanket are not that clean. the water on the shower head was not broken but water are not coming out properly.

Pros:

I loved the location! It's a 10 minute walk from Lake Okanagan, 15 minute walk from the downtown core for restaurants and shops, and the room rate was great for its location. The hotel also has two restaurants inside if you don't want to travel far. Denny's (family friendly) and Bar One (19+). Lastly, a pool and hot tub, plus workout room and hockey/pickleball area. Lynn was very nice and friendly. Thank you so much Lynn! Lots of parking too!

Cons:

The only thing was the room needed some TLC with the wallpaper and dusting on the windows, but that is fine. Those are very minor things.
