Would definitely stay there again, especailly at that price.
Pros:

I was able to get a two bedroom two bathroom room for a very resonable price. It was nice and it was clean. If I had a gripe it would be that it was a little warm in there and the AC thermostat caps off at 68, however it felt more like it was 74 in there.

Cons:

The AC and also the shower curtain kept coming off. Other than that it was great!

Would not stay again due to the mold issue as we had little ones with us.

The property was at the perfect location.

Cons:

There was mold all under the kitchen sink. They spray painted it black to try to cover it rather than fix the issue. Addressed with management

They shouldn’t be charging you for parking. Other hotels they won’t charge you for parking but Residence inn they charge you $12 per night which is not fare.
