Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Many guests reported clean rooms and common areas, but there are repeated reports of missed housekeeping, old/unclean sheets, stains, and occasional bad odors — overall mixed but leaning slightly positive.
Service
8.2
Staff and front desk repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (specific praise for breakfast attendant and desk staff), though there are a few incidents (housekeeper yelled, missed requests) that lower consistency.
Location
8.8
Multiple mentions of 'close to everything', perfect location for dining/arena — location is a clear strong point for most guests.
Room Quality
6.4
Frequent complaints about outdated rooms, worn beds, smoke smell, chipped paint, plumbing issues and cosmetic maintenance needs — room condition is a notable weakness.
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast, pool and kitchen/full-kitchen layouts praised; some missing/dated items (no Keurig, slow ice maker, noisy exhaust) and limited variety reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
7
Several guests noted good room size/value, but unexpected fees (parking/hotel fees) and cosmetic/maintenance issues make perceived value mixed.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast is commonly described as good and staff supportive, though some guests wanted more variety/options which prevents a higher score.
Overall Experience
6.2
Overall stays are generally positive due to location and staff, but recurring maintenance, housekeeping inconsistencies, and room issues lower the cumulative experience for many guests.
