Room was clean. Staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions. Great location close to highway. Had an excellent dinner at restaurant close by.

I love staying at a Hampton and am usually treated very well. This experience was different! I was treated EXCEPTIONALLY well…thanks to Kevin at check-in. My work involves customer service so I am hypersensitive to receiving both good; and bad. Kevin was so warm and welcoming! He covered all the bases and was so accommodating. Attention like that is a “green light” for me to return! Appreciate you, Kevin.
Great on/off location to I-40. The two front desk guys were so awesome and helped us with anything we needed. Gave us free water upon arrival. Shout out to the guy from VA. The rooms were so nice and clean and lots of pillows. Beds comfy. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee, pastries, fruit. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
We just finished a two day stay at this lovely hotel. This hotel has a very interesting atmosphere: it is calm, relaxed quiet, with a happy competent staff. Brandon asked us each morning if everything was as we expected. That has never happened before in any Hampton and we are Hampton loyalists. Carolina kept the breakfast so clean and neat and very well stocked, we love this hotel and would love to come again.
There was someone working the desk even though we checked in after midnight. There was a security guard also stationed in the lobby area.
The digital key aspect of the app didn't function properly. The swipe cards we were issued did not work at first, but we didn't know that until we had parked on the basement side and tried to get in through the sliding glass door. We had to wait for someone with a functional swipe card to come along. The automatic sliding door opened only about 5 inches and my husband had to push it open so that we could get into the building. The swipe card didn't work on our hotel room door either, so I had to go back to the front desk and get new cards. The sliding glass door to was not opening the following day either when we left to go to our car so once again my husband had to push it open so that we could leave.
My wife called and made a reservation and when we arrived a couple hours later Nate greeted her by name. When we travel we tend to look for Hampton Inns and we have a list of our favorites. Cedar Bluff Hampton was exceptionally friendly and our room was spotlessly clean. At breakfast, Brandon greeted the guests and inquired about their stay. Yes, Cedar Bluff is on our list of favorites.
Brandon and Nate were excellent! Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast but good.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast room and lobby were stylish, and best of all, Brandon and the other staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our car wouldn’t start and Brandon quickly got a mobile mechanic to come out. He got our car going and we were in our way. Brandon went over and above to help us out!
Kevin is very helpful at the front desk and checking in was quick and efficient, The room was clean and the bed comfortable, The hotels location is convenient off the 40 and there is plenty of parking. They have security on the premises which adds an extra measure of comfort. Highly recommend this hotel!
