Yes, this hotel is clean and modern. The bathrooms are white, bright, and spotless. The management team is engaged, with a welcoming atmosphere, smart staffing, and up-keep of the facility & grounds. It is a 3-star hotel that feels 4-star.
There is a sense of generosity and trust, with extra towels, bottled water, snacks, etc. They even leave the breakfast door halfway open for 30-min after breakfast is closed so you can still scoop in if you are genuinely running late or something.
Shout out to Lillie and Alijah for their professionalism and ensuring my stay is comfortable. I am glad I picked this hotel for my 2-month relocation stay.

We are Gold members, and stay at Hilton properties multiple times a month. This location is by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in years. The room was impeccably spotless. No dirt or dust in the corners on the floor or the room or bathroom, which is where housekeeping normally never pays attention to. Not a stray hair left in the bathroom anywhere. Not a piece of dirt or dust on the dust ruffle on the bed. We pull the mattress back and check there first before we bring our luggage into a room.
I went down to the front desk just to brag on housekeeping, because this is how every guest should feel when checking into a room that they are paying to stay in. Hilton needs to have this housekeeping staff to train other properties on how to get this right. It’s incredibly impressive!
Convenient
Well, we did not have a reservation, and the person at the desk, ALIJAH, greeted me in with a smile and gave me a reduced rate. He also suggested a restaurant nearby where we went and had a great experience so thank you, Alijah.
The next day, we had a slight problem with our shower in the room. The two people at the front desk — Mae and Brandon— helped us resolve the issue
All in all the hotel there at Cedar Bluff was very clean and the staff was very courteous. We especially enjoyed the breakfast which was hot and really very delicious.

That there were no ‘lips’ at the sidewalks- had to lift the suitcases up to be wheeled instead of a transition.

I loved how clean the hotel room was. The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was good. The mattress on the beds were amazing, I didn’t want to get out of it!

Hotel was clean. Spoke with Candice, who is one of the cleaning crew. Very polite and appreciative of our praise. Kevin at the front desk was also very gracious, offering us water for our trip and safe travels. Overall, the great experience we've come to expect from a Hampton!
