Hampton Inn Knoxville-West At Cedar Bluff

We just finished a two day stay at this lovely hotel. This hotel has a very interesting atmosphere: it is calm, relaxed quiet, with a happy competent staff. Brandon asked us each morning if everything was as we expected. That has never happened before in any Hampton and we are Hampton loyalists. Carolina kept the breakfast so clean and neat and very well stocked, we love this hotel and would love to come again.

There was someone working the desk even though we checked in after midnight. There was a security guard also stationed in the lobby area.

My wife called and made a reservation and when we arrived a couple hours later Nate greeted her by name. When we travel we tend to look for Hampton Inns and we have a list of our favorites. Cedar Bluff Hampton was exceptionally friendly and our room was spotlessly clean. At breakfast, Brandon greeted the guests and inquired about their stay. Yes, Cedar Bluff is on our list of favorites.

Brandon and Nate were excellent! Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast but good.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast room and lobby were stylish, and best of all, Brandon and the other staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our car wouldn’t start and Brandon quickly got a mobile mechanic to come out. He got our car going and we were in our way. Brandon went over and above to help us out!

Kevin is very helpful at the front desk and checking in was quick and efficient, The room was clean and the bed comfortable, The hotels location is convenient off the 40 and there is plenty of parking. They have security on the premises which adds an extra measure of comfort. Highly recommend this hotel!

Drove all day from Northern Michigan. Most of Knoxville was closed down after getting 6 inches of snow. Met Alijah and Brandon at the check-in desk and they were bright and cheery. Just what we needed after the drive. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you, guys.

All the standard features we all know of a typical Hampton Inn. The difference is an excellent level of service across all the staff. It is clean and well stocked for a variety of breakfasts. Reception staff is exceptional with tips on local restaurants, road conditions, etc.

If you are lucky and arrive when Alijah is working, you will be impressed. He is a model of excellent guest services. We know because he personally delivered an extra luggage rack we requested. I saw him in action satisfying other guests.

He was amazing and quick to pick up on our needs. This was a very positive initial contact with the property and not something that happens very often. It set the tone for the rest of our stay there. Elijah and Mae were also very helpful and pleasant at the front desk, and were very good at fielding my questions and assisting me. The property itself was also superior and clean. It was very spacious and bright, and the breakfast was also above average. We will definitely be including this Hampton Inn West at Cedar Bluff in Knoxville on our future trips down south.

I never leave reviews of hotels or motels that my husband and I stay at because we stay at so many along our annual trek down to Texas from Canada, that it would be too onerous. This time however I felt I had to drop a review because everything about the stay was amazing! This Hampton Inn is located in a very convenient location in Knoxville Area off I40. The staff, specifically Brandon and Nate were extremely friendly and accommodating to make the stay pleasant and more productive business wise. This location appeared fresh and recently remodeled. We will look to stay at this location on our next Knoxville business trip.

The breakfast was very good. Good variety and fresh.
