Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

Great breakfast

It's very old. All the interior conditions are clean, but really old. This is the very first time to stay in this old condition residence inn. After non-refundable booking, I received an email for telling me that the swimming pool and fitness center can't be used. The beds in the room is very easy to have some noice when people lay down. The room door is very hard to open. We used to love residence inn, but this time we are very disappointed.

Close to shopping, easy check in, no fee parking, security on premises, and full breakfast. Only issue is television situated facing sofa not bed, had to adjust,but nice stay.

Great people, great hotel

I was never notified that the pool was closed for the time of our stay and that the hotel was suppose be closed

People are friendy and remember why you stayed and asked you about it the next morning. Easy check in even before check in time. Fulfilled our request

Staff was great but roaches and room isnt in good condition.

The front desk staff and support staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. During the check in, a lot of info was explained to me and I appreciated the explanation specific things that helped make the stay smooth. When there were issues with the key cards not working, the were fixed right away with no issues. Breakfast was also very delightful. We were greeted by the present staff and they were making sure we knew what was what and were quick to clear up any finished plates we had. The room itself was like a studio apartment, with a full kitchen and everything. Definitely enjoyed the stay!

We got in late and left early. The staff was kind. It was fine for less than 8 hours. I don’t think I would want to stay longer. The pool and gym are closed. It was pretty old and the beds weren’t that comfy. But worked for how tired we were.

The person who checked us in was great. Unfortunately the property is nothing like the pictures on the website. We selected this property wanting to relax in the pool. The pool along with the property itself has not been maintained and was actually green. The landscaping has also not been attended.
I thought Marriott had a standard-obviously this standard was not met. I want refund I paid way too much money for what we received.

They didn’t have access to the pool and the gym 😩 Pool was closed and it was 90s in Sacramento last weekend.. overall the staff were super friendly and accommodating

It’s was ok but for the price they should get new furniture it’s all scratched up and the kitchen was a lil dirty but other then that we enjoyed our stay
