Good location for shopping and good value for money
Pros:

The location was good for shopping in Orchard Rd and there is a stop for bus to the airport just across the road .
Breakfast was ok, but you could get other cheaper options in nearby food halls / cafes .
The staff were very helpful with enquires about getting to local sights and transport options

Beautiful property and friendly staff! Good restaurants on site

Cons:

Only downfall was it probably wasn’t in the area we would choose to stay in again. That is just personal preference though, very central for shopping etc!

Je ne le conseillerai pas du tout
Pros:

L’accueil était froid et sans intérêt
On ne nous a meme pas proposé un verre d’eau en arrivant
Nous avions voyager de nuit et étions épuisés on nous a vendu une nuit supplémentaire soit disant surclassée c’était l’horreur avec l’ascenseur qui communiquait avec la chambre nous avons eu des nuits blanches

La chambre était froide et n’avait pas de vue
Et le soit disant surtaxement qui en fait était de la fumisterie
Nous avions commandé un taxi pour un départ à l’aéroport et la réservation n’avait pas été faite

Pros:

It was a great location within easy walking distance of the Botanical Gardens which was my main reason for choosing it to stay in. The staff went above and beyond duty to ensure my stay was comfortable. The pool and surrounding area was lovely to relax in. Thank you to everyone.
