This hotel unrespective hotel, they cancelled my booking before one of my travel and i sent to them email to clarify why they cancelled my booking but they didn't respond yet since 5 days back. If you have family i dont recommend it to anybody.

Room was large and spacious
No porter to help with our luggage, staff weren’t very friendly, room furniture and decor was dated and was accused of vaping in the reception area - I don’t even smoke!
I indicated that the statcatiom was to celebrate my boy's birthday and we got a surprise where the hotel staff (Samy) placed HAPPY BIRTHDAY letter cards on the hotel bed to welcome us. There was a cute card and small tiramisu cake for my boy too. Really loved the personalized touch and Samy was at the door waiting to wish my boy a Happy Birthday too.
Other than that, I feel the service delivery is very consistent across. From the counter staff to the staff welcoming us at breakfast etc. It was really a delightful stay and we are looking forward to planning another staycation with you.
The variety at breakfast is so so, however. But that is certainly not a deal breaker. Was telling my boy that we will just opt out of breakfast at the next visit and sleep late. :)
I can only remember happy and positive moments from my staycation.
If i can suggest, perhaps have YouTube app on your smart tv? I find it useful especially when I want to search YouTube for food to try or places nearby to check out when I stay in hotels.
The staff at the reception were mind enough for us to leave the baggage as early check-in was not an option
Upon check-in, we were assigned to a room located immediately adjacent to ongoing, heavy construction. The noise was constant and severe, rendering it impossible to rest or nap. Furthermore, the balcony was covered in construction dust, which severely impacted my health as I suffer from a pre-existing respiratory condition (wheezing). When we contacted reception, we were informed that construction runs daily until 10:00 PM—meaning we were expected to sleep and wake up to active disruption.
When we requested a room change, the only alternative offered was a corner room in an old, unrenovated section of the property. This room was cramped, stuffy, smelled noticeably old, and had poorly functioning bathroom facilities. Moving from severe noise disturbance to a substandard room with failing amenities made our stay unpleasant from start to finish.
