Value for money, fantastic location and big rooms.

Fantastic location - nice big rooms. Great pool area.

Cons:

When I did the initial booking I specifically mentioned that I am travelling with my 76 year old mom and that can they please give us a room with a walk in shower (not the bath shower where she has to step up and over to get inside) The email response was to check closer to the time. I did the on line check in 3 days before we arrived and under specific requests (email) I again asked for the walk in shower explaining that my mom was 76. When we got to the hotel I reminded the desk check-in gentleman that we requested a walk in shower he just nodded, when we got the the room it was a step in bath shower. This was very disappointing as it was not an unreasonable request? Also the check in gentleman did not tell us that to use the lift we need to scan the room card, we battled in the lift for 15 min (moving no where then suddenly up to a different floor, before another guest coming down explained it to us. This was not a major thing but just the attention to customers needs and service was a bit lacking

Most spacious room for value0
Pros:

I stayed for a whole week, my favorite part was the size of the room. It's so big and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. House keeping lady was super sweet.
The hotel itself has a good gym and a cool pool. The gym is bigger than it appears in the photos.
Location wise it was super convenient. For people with Jetlag you can fund two 24/7 coffee shop at less than 5min walk

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the amenities. I forgot my shampoo and razor. Some hotel have great shampoos and conditioner. Here it was a 2 in 1. Women knows it's not ideal. But that wouldn't deter me from booking Hotel Rendez-vous again

Over all it’s an excellent property to stay.
Pros:

Excellent location and everything available at ease… great and helpful staff

Cons:

Check-in times are very late.. be careful if you have an early morning flight. You won’t left much time for the first day after check in.

It’s nice in generally.
Pros:

Staff are friendly, breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, close the everything. Subway, restaurants and shopping mall.

Cons:

The air conditioner is very noisy and affects my sleep. During my stay, there were 2days when there was no power in the room after inserting the key card. On one of those days, I even had to wait 15 minutes for the electricity to come back on. I called a hotel staff member, and he said he didn't know why either. It would be great if the room had a dehumidifier — it's a bit too humid. And there is a construction site right outside the windows, working continuously from 8am till 8 or 9pm.

It seems I should not have expected better!
Pros:

Check in was easy. Everything clean and tidy. Agreeable pool. Comfortable bed. Laundry service good and prompt. Plenty of electrical and USB sockets in room. Staff agreeable and helpful.

Cons:

Empty mini bar in room. No room service after 8:30 pm. Very limited room service menu, and no wine on offer. No possibility of signing for restaurant, bar or room service bills: had to be paid for on the spot. No apparent luggage room so often vestibule had many cases standing in it. Room furniture basic
