Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel! The hotel has a warm, homey feel, and the staff were welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent—right by Orchard Road, with shopping malls, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of shops all within walking distance. A perfect place to stay for both comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

My repeated stay and overall experience is the same.. this is a good hotel location wise.
Pros:

Room is spacious. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Location is good.

Cons:

No breakfast room service. Some frontline staff can learn to smile a little bit.

Loud construction work surrounding the hotel. No mention of this when booking. No discount. Paid full price for an extremely loud room with a terrible view. Rude reception staff.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good location, great pool! Fridge in room was very handy.

Cons:

Could do with updating in some areas of the hotel and rooms. Light switches were not easy to figure out. Shower over bathtub, prefer walk in shower. Had to ask for more tea/coffee/creamers.
