Good location with some highlights
Pros:

If you stay, join the hotel club for the lounge access, great benefits (lounge at 17th floor is much less busy during breakfast and dinner times). Samy and Dixon have been excellent hosts there as always.
Location is great, the ongoing construction zone outside a tiny bit annoying, but they only operate at ressonable hours and if you have a room towards the pool you will barely notice it during the day.

Rooms are clean and well maintained, the only problem is the occasional high humidity inside (windows aren't very flush and let in outside air, last time I did not have this issue).
Other than that I wish the pool had a better solution for some shadow. If you're unlucky and don't get one of the few spots with protection from the sun, you are better off going for swim at a later point during the day.
The gym is nice enough, a scale to check your weight would be a fantastic addition.

Pros:

部屋が広く、２人分の大きなスーツケースを広げてもスペースにゆとりがあり、くつろぐことができました。また、チェックイン後も荷物の預かりや、着替え・シャワーの利用など、親切に対応していただきました。

Cons:

ホテル自体の良くなかった点ではありませんが、立地に少し注意が必要です。Orachard駅からホテルに向かう場合、一か所、横断歩道のない交差点があるので、地下道を使う必要があります。
また、環境保全のためと理解はしていますが、部屋にペットボトルの水があれば嬉しかったです。

The best stay ever.
Pros:

This hotel is bye far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. In all the world.
Great location and, the staff are both genuine and really attentive. Attention to detail is an obvious part of the hotels integrity.

Special thank you to Azhar on the front desk and the duty managers.
Not a bad word for any of this marvellous hotel team.

Thanks a million guys for looking after us at this difficult time of being unable to fly home.
We couldn't have been cared for any better.

Cons:

There's is absolutely nothing to dislike about the Orchard Rendevous.

there is currently construction near the hotel from 8am-10pm which we were not made aware of prior to booking. It was really noisy and uncomfortable to stay in the room we paid for.

Great hotel.
Pros:

We could not of stopped in a better hotel.It was very central to everything.It was immaculately clean and the staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for you.Would definitely stay again.Great pool as well.

Nice hotel with good location.
Pros:

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Pool area is very nice, but gym needs upgrade. Good size rooms with very comfy beds. 6th floor you have laundrette where you can wash your clothes. Coins for washing machine and dryer you can buy from reception.
