The location is hard to beat: It's just a very short 2-3 minute walk from the main train station. The train station is how you will mainly reach many other sites and destinations in Kanazawa.
The staff was friendly and spoke a small bit of English to get me check in and out. Despite having a hard time finding my QR code for check-in, I did manage to find it.
In-room air conditioning worked great, very easy to find a comfortable temperature to keep you cool.
This is more of a heads-up than a negative: They don't do cleaning service everyday. If you want your room cleaned everyday, you have to pay an extra fee. You can get new towels by placing them outside your room, and you will get a plastic-sealed towel as a replacement, right outside your door. Keep this in mind if you are particular about fresh sheets and towels on your travels!

Номер был тихим, кровать очень удобной. Мне понравилось расположение в пяти минутах от вокзала, рядом много хороших ресторанов.
Окно открывалось, но немного. Но этого хватало чтобы проветривать. Я воспользовалась стиральной машиной и мне понравилось: стирка с сушкой заняла 120 минут и вещи были совершенно сухие при этом не измяты.
На стойке регистрации всего 1 человек и он не может одновременно двоим ответить. У меня были вопросы и мне приходилось несколько раз прерываться, потому что заходили новые гости.
Ещё не понравилось, что кофе из кофе машины утром доступно только до 9-30. Я решила хорошо выспаться и в результате не смогла выпить кофе в 10 часов утра.
