Unreliable, disrespectful, Unprofessional

We arrived at 9:30 PM with two exhausted children, only to be told our room had been cancelled without any prior notification. Despite having a confirmed booking, the front desk offered no solutions or courtesy. To make matters worse, the staff member called the owner and spoke in their local language, openly mocking us while we were standing right there. As a fellow Indian, it was deeply disappointing to see such a complete lack of humanity and professional ethics from Indian management. Avoid this place if you value basic respect and reliability.
Warning to families: This hotel cancelled our reservation without telling us and left us stranded late at night with sleepy kids. The staff and owner were incredibly rude, even mocking our situation in their local language instead of helping. This is the worst "hospitality" I have ever experienced. Unreliable, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

Pros:

The young lady who picked me up in the Shuttle at 11p was sweet and helpful. When I called at 10:45p the gentleman who answered the phone sighed after I asked to be picked up by the shuttle. I felt like a bother.

Cons:

It’s old and needs to be updated for sure.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7a and I had to leave by 6:30a to catch a plane.

I will never stay at this Laquinta again
Pros:

There was nothing I liked about this property.

Cons:

It was rundown, bathroom was awful with black mold around the bottom edge of the tub. There wasn’t a comfortable chair to sit in to relax just two dining room type chairs. The window was filthy.

Parking was good

Cons:

The room was not cleaned, there was hair everywhere. The sheets appeared cleaned but unsure if it was. The bathroom was the problem area. The other guests were loud, had loud music until midnight, was very disappointed had to be up at 5am for work and left around 6 to be on time was very tired
