Room is little congested and no facility to prepare coffee or tea. No breakfast facility. Staff members were very cordial.
Space and lack of basic facilities.
I was contacted by the property while in transit demanding a deposit payment, though my booking was to pay at the property. They asked me to make direct bank transfer, which I was not comfortable with. I had booked a 7am check in, paying for the previous night accommodation however when we arrived to the property they informed us that as they hadn't received a deposit & as we didn't check in they gave the room away. They provided an alternate box room for a couple of hours however still charged for the original double room we booked.
Good location, close to the CSMT railway station and the Gateway of India.
The price was cheap.
The wifi was free and quite fast.
The front desk clerk was friendly.
It was the dirtiest and noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The hotel room was old furniture, very small and filthy. The whole room could use a good clean, rather than a surface wipe. See photos attached of some of the surfaces on the room, especially the bathroom. Not for the feint hearted.
Additionally the room was at the back of the property, which overlooked a building site/rubbish dump, which was extremely noisy. We could hardly hear ourselves speaking to each other in the room at normal volume. This noise continued all day from 0700 in the morning and late into the night until round 0300, with a small break between 2200-0100. We could still hear it with earplugs in as we tried to sleep.
Good services
Awesome room interior and very cooperative person very nice hotel I am mostly recruitment
Nothing...only location is nearby to all main location
Rooms are very small, i booked through booking.com and they cancelled it without any reason to avoid commission and asked to pay them directly
Good 👍
Hotel is inside , There is no space in front of hotel to park vehicle. Room is too small.
Location was good.
Room was advertised as deluxe, but was the smallest room we ever saw, and did not have space for two people- the full size bed took up the entire room, with only 1 - 1.5 feet to walk around the bed. My husband and I bumped knees multiple times, and we had booked a "deluxe" room. This was false advertising.
Good clear sign outside, easy to spot. Good lift. Secure room. Central location - pretty much in central Mumbai, Fort area. Air con and fan good. Nice cheap friendly local restaurants very close by in the street. Authentic India on the doorstep.
NO room cleaning in 8 days so quite a build up of water bottles, rubbish bin etc. Had same towels etc for 8 days. Imagine no different if booked for 8 weeks! Not very friendly staff on front desk. Very small room and bathroom, nowhere near "deluxe double room" it called itself. Kettle and 2 mugs but nothing else. Noisy works yard out the back, some very noisy machinery running quite often. Toilet roll seems to be a mystery to Indian hotel staff, had to keep asking for some, no idea why given tiny rolls, one at a time. The bed was quite hard, with a thin mattress. Just not at all Deluxe!
Nothing
My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. While some staff members were friendly, others were outright rude. The hotel is only suitable for those who want to stay there a few hours but it
s not ideal for any longer. There's hardly any space to move around. The room I was given was suffocating, and when I reported this, I was told they were aware of the issue but could only offer an upgrade for an additional fee.
The view from my room was dreadful, overlooking a broken construction site. The toilets were poorly maintained, and to make matters worse, no one came to clean the room or even empty the trash can during my stay.
Basic amenities like a coffee and tea maker were nonexistent. When I requested a spoon, I was told I'd have to wait until another guest woke up so they could take it from their room! I also asked for a chair to sit on, but was informed none were available. Toilet door mat was substituted with a face towel.
Overall, this hotel does not even deserve a 1-star rating. I would not recommend it to anyone.
