Very dirty grounds. Loud music all night
My family paid cash for me to stay 2 extra nights but the staff said they couldn't find it till i was forced to checkout and my family had to go down in an Uber to ger their cash back.

Breakfast is really good line staff are friendly and I witnesses the check in clerk remain calm when there was a customer who was getting loud because they wanted information the clerk could not give.
When evening came there was several sketchy people hanging around the property.
The hotel 3 floors broken elevators. The parking lot is surrounded by a high iron security fence, and the local police department says never leave anything in your car there. As it's a smash-and-grab location, it was awful. We never even stayed. I'm still trying to get my refund.

There was cockroaches in the hotel room. The bathroom was dirty and had stains. The toilet paper looked like it dropped in the toliet and was dried and pit back on the holder.

It Was one of the worst Stays I’ve ever experienced! Room really dirty, found a roach on the entrance, Toilet made soo much noise, details in the bathtub was horrible. It was just really bad I wouldn’t stay here again! Or at any la Quinta
