Pros:

I survived it. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The maid stole our clothes. Front desk didn't care. Broken security lock. Broken tv. Dirty towel from previous stay left there.

Got up early to leave, had to park car in front by light.
Pros:

Location and relative cost.

Cons:

Did not realize its being used to house muliple homeless families. Constant noise/fighting till 2 am. Trash everywhere. Car not safe in lot. Too dangerous to leave room at night, Severall people tried my door during the night. Understand why they have cancellation policy that they have. Heard other hotels actually worse.

Value got what I paid for. I did speak with management and she understood n was apologetic.

Clean in room n continental breakfast

Cons:

Bad location, lots of scary demographic of people hanging out at night around and outside their rooms. Felt unsafe. Esp with location of room.
