Cons:

Lots of cockroaches and bugs. I complained to the staff to clean my room but she only speaks espanol . Front desk is too rude

Value got what I paid for. I did speak with management and she understood n was apologetic.

Clean in room n continental breakfast

Cons:

Bad location, lots of scary demographic of people hanging out at night around and outside their rooms. Felt unsafe. Esp with location of room.

They where very un professional I called to let them be aware someone was breaking into my room ! When I was alone with my 2 children they kicked the door open and tried to break in through the window when I called front desk she told me if I felt un safe to call 911 and hung up on me while they were still proceeding to break in

I liked the bed and the blankets only

Cons:

The location was horrible to toilet would clog up alot ... traffic in the parking lot .there was only 1 way in 1 waY out . I didn't feel safe on the premises. The wifi sucks. The reception of TV didn't work good ... over all I won't be comming back ever..

The food was fine. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were fine.

Cons:

There was no desk clerk when we came in. They were away. We had a virtual assistant on a TV screen check us in. The hotel appeared to us to look like a long term stay given the clientele and guests.. I could have sworn that people actually lived at the hotel given the amount of people standing and talking on the balconies. Many of the hotel guests were smoking and drinking. We felt like we were in a third world country or a ghetto. Even in into the evening, people were passing by the front door and we could hear yelling and people talking loud. At 6am, someone was having a loud conversation with someone outside of our door. I was constantly checking out my peep hole waiting for someone to start knocking on our door. The neighbors to the left and the right were hanging out in front of their rooms smoking and drinking.
