Not safe at all.
Pros:

The housekeeping staff where very good about making the room was kept in clean towels.

Cons:

I was stalked, harrassed, and had my life threatened. I had an endoscope-style camera stuck through the lower corner of the door on a couple of occasions. I couldn't move in my room or take a shower without being screamed and yelled at. I slept with pepper spray and a personal alarm. I was afraid to leave because I overheard someone saying wait until she leaves and we will clean her out. Being a solo older woman, I will have to say never stay here if you value your safety and well-being.

I had a large room.

Cons:

I was constantly harassed by long-term quests, the night I got here. I had one guy from below me said you're dead. I had people stand outside my window and door on the majority of the nights here. The guest on either side of me was running back and forth until well after 3:30 am. The first room I was in had cockroaches and had so many cigarette burns all over the place. Walls, tub, table, etc... and someone took a lighter or something and burned part of the TV screen. The carpet was disgusting. There was black hair dye on the carpet and on the side of the tub. Blue ink all over the back of the bathroom door. The room they moved me to the tub was so clogged that when I took a 5 minute shower, I stood in about 5 inches of water. The light above the sink didn't work. Neither did the bathroom fan. There is black mold in the tub part of the wall. I reported the maintenance issues, and the maintenance man looked at the issues left, and four days later, after writing management about it, it got fixed. I have noticed that there is quite a bit of drug activity going on here at night. I am afraid to leave my room. I am sleeping with pepper spray, and I am also a personal alarm. This is not a safe place for an older woman who is by herself and has stayed to herself with no contact with anyone other than the front desk.
