No hot water, bugs, the hardwood floor was lifting on multiple parts of the room, the lights didnt work, strangers kept coming to my door looking for someone, the TV wasnt working properly

I didn’t like how there was someone working at the front desk who couldn’t assist with my concern and even if she could she made NO EFFORT to see what more could be done to help accommodate my needs for the stay. Even after asking for a manager, the lady stood there strolling on her phone. With cameras being in the hotel you should be able to see me constantly look up at her as she strolls on her phone while i asked for a manager or someone in charge. All she wanted was to see my confirmation number and kept telling me to contact Booking.

Place was absolutely disgusting and infested with cockroaches...

The breakfast no longer exists. The room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. There were bugs in the room we had to kill. There is a stain on the bathroom floor that looks questionable. We didn't get under the covers due to concerns of cleanliness based on the rest of the room. The rooms didn't have a coffee maker, sofa, or breakfast as stated in the listing. This made it difficult to sleep 7 people between the 2 rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants a good night of sleep.

Bugs in the room and the sink was clogged

My goodness. Where do I start? For starters, this place had ROACHES. Not common American roaches, but GERMAN roaches. I killed a total of 7 roaches and, quite frankly, I'm a little concerned about them having gotten into my luggage. The beds were not only dirty, but BARELY comfortable. The bathroom had a hole above the toilet. The room smelled. And to top it off, you had kids running around outside from 12:00 AM to nearly 2:00 AM.

Honestly, hands down, the worst lodging experience that I have EVER experienced. Stay far, FAR away from this place. And when I brought it up to the front desk, they said, "we try to put the powder to kill roaches. But unfortunately, there will be no sort of refund."

Like, what??? At least list "ROACHES" as part of the amenities, so people know what to expect.

I am a non smoker and room smelled of cigarettes and floor was dirty and microwave and refrigerator was tiny . People were sitting in stairwells smoking cigarettes and throwing cigarette buts on the ground all around the property . The parking lot was dirty and Constuction was going on and you could hear hammering going on . No ice machine !! I mean a hotel without an ice machine WTF . Bathroom door did not close because of broken door knob .

Cleanliness, TV, microwave, and fridge to be in working condition..not moldy smelling good, better beds, working lick on door for safety. Actual breakfast. Safer conditions on property...clean up all the trash, limit people who try to sell you drugs on the property from staying. Flat out scary!!!!

They are under renovation....rooms are unclean, front lobby is desolate with two by fours as a front check in counter....they rent by the week so there were flagrant individual in and around the hotel....people were sleeping under the stairs to go up to the room....over all just not a good place.
