The beds were not true queen sized beds. The bathroom was not clean. The TV did not work properly, the staff had to come set it. Our key cards stopped working multiple times. The staff effectively called us stupid for the key card issues. This happened 5 times. They were not by any phones or other magnetic devices, but hardly a sorry. The breakfast was extremely sub par. They ran out of food early, and didn't restock for quite a while.

The bed sheets was stained. And breakfast could have been better.

towels are discolored, old carpet in the room, bathroom is tiny..

Bugs in the room

The room had an overpowering smell of cleaner as soon as you walked into the room yet the room did not seem clean. There was a roach in the bathroom, bathroom door looked to be chewed or scratched up by a dog to the point the door wouldn't close so there was no privacy in the bathroom

Lack of elevator, building smelled of sewage and weed, tub was stained

Not very updated or nice for the price

Dirty, holes in walls, unsafe open doors for the public to just walk in, rude and confrontational staff, no utensils for free breakfast.

The room smells like mould .

Mas seguridad con los huespedes y variar los desayunos , mas limpieza en el area de la piscina , porque traté de sentarme en la orilla de laa escaleras y estaba .bien resbaloso y tuve una caida , si en el area tienen camaras lo podran ver , si mas adelante tengo algun problema con eso , vere que hare , mi esposa u su sobrina estuvieron alli y vieron lo sucedido, repito si hay camaras en esa area pueden verlo ustedes mismos , y creo q fue por la falta de limpieza del agua , se sentia baboso el escalon de la escalera y al poner el pie rebalé, para q no pasé eso de nuevo mas limpieza y mantenimiento, veremos haber q pasa conmigo

The first room they assigned me was in the back. There were men standing around the door which made me feel uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. I went in the room and sat down on the bed and it smelled like urine. I went back to the desk and requested a different room in the front. They obliged. However, the next morning a woman with a key opened my door and tried to walk in. She said the front desk gave it to her. I called the desk, told them what happened and they apologized and assured me it wouldn't happen again. It made me feel uncomfortable to say the least.

However, unbeknownst to me, my room key was deactivated. So when I ran downstairs to simply get something out of my car I was locked out. I then had to go to the front desk to get a new key. NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

The room itself was clean and good. However, the bath tub needs to be refinished.

The breakfast area had ants by the coffee machine.
