Bathtub had peeling paint. Pillows need to be more firm.

The rooms were a lot smaller than we had expected. For 4 adults it can get pretty tight..bathroom was super small. Great price but I wouldn't recommend if you plan on sharing rooms with adults. Some of the guests were loud and employees didnt say anything. We didnt notice it until our last night there but our bedding seemed to have what looked like mold. Looked like employees just tried to wash it off but the stains were still there. Half of thw work out equipment were broken so that was disappointing.

The property was very tired, person on front desk couldn’t give you answers to questions as he said he hadn’t worked there long, also breakfast wasn’t good didn’t even have jam to put on your toast .

The heating and cooling system not working the first night we were there. Very hard to sleep. Weight room had some equipment that was broken

The elevator was out of order starting the first morning of my three night stay. And from the reviews, this is not uncommon.
Breakfast was a daily fiasco. If they can't do it better than this, they shouldn't offer it.
Juice machine was out of order during our entire stay. And nobody thought to at least put out a pitcher of cold water. From the reviews, this machine is frequently broken. Apparently, specific things being broken frequently is a feature of this hotel.
Waffle maker made a really annoying beeping noise all the time it was running instead of as an alarm when it was done. Resulted in an awkward moment when another guest came into the breakfast room, heard the noise, assumed that the waffle was done, and opened the waffle maker while i was eating my eggs.
Coffee is not in the breakfast room; you have to go out to the lobby to get it.
The trash bins were overflowing in the breakfast room, the lobby, and the restrooms off the lobby.

Rooms are kind of small and the bathroom is very small. I felt like the toilet was a size for children. Very low. The bathroom counter had hair on it and in the coffee supply basket. Nasty

This place was so bad management was rude and did not cooperate. Let this be a last result I would not recommend staying here at all. They were telling us 10 different rules. I was traveling with my cousin who is over 18 and he was to pay for the rooms but they said since it was reserved under my name they wouldn’t let us book it since I was not over 18 yet. Then we asked if we could change it and they told us no even though on the app I changed the name. Then we asked if we could make a new one and they could cancel the current one and they said they would up charge us and he had to be over 21 when they said over 18 before. Wouldn’t it be worse to leave a minor stranded then book us the rooms we were here for college touring and they ruined our experience I would not recommend staying here staff is horrible and the place smells so bad they. There’s also people walking in and out the venue no privacy at all.

Soap dispensers were not filled. A whole lotta noise!
