Location wasn’t clean the tub wasn’t clean the breakfast in the morning was missing everything
The juice and coffee machine were broken
The staff didn’t show any care about items missing from the room like towels and washcloths
Terrible experience
The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful , The room was clean but the environment was older and somewhat neglected. The breakfast was scarce with the juice machine broken. The $70 deposit will be charged immediately but will not be refunded for 7 to 10 business days. That needs to be changed. I have stayed at other Hotels that post the refund the same day of checkout.
We booked this motel by accident as there is more than one Baymont Airport motel. Found out it was the wrong motel when we got in very late due to a delayed flight. At 1 AM we stayed because it was so late. The motel was dirty, the room had 2 "large" towels no hand towels and 1 face cloth. The breakfast was cereal; toast or waffles. The juice machine was broken and they didn't bother to supply a pitcher of juice. The hand sanitizer by the breakfast area was empty, so I thought I would wash my hands in the rest room by the breakfast area. No soap. The fitness room was locked and the shade was pulled so who knows what was behind the door. The outdoor pool was closed but unlikely to be opened any time soon due to being covered incorrectly and the cover was caving in. It was a dump. Do no go there. The manager was less than helpful and refused to cancel the rest of my reservation, stating policy stated 24 hour notice was needed. He was just following policy, and had no inclination to try to rectify anything, just "follow policy" I tried to tell him the manager's job was to manage and not just quote policy but he would rather keep my money than be a good manager, since he doesn't make sure anything gets done around the motel either that is clear. And you should stay clear too.

Stairwell door was not locked for security and banged loud everytime shut and could be heard in room

Beds look like they didn’t change it from the previous person covers were stained and pissy and they had a mice that ran across my foot in the early morning, when I brought it to the managers attention he didn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t stay again
Price
Bathroom floor, especially behind the toilet around the baseboard and tub was not cleaned. The tub needed re-glazed..did not even use the shower at all! We had 1 washcloth.. no hand towels, only 2 big towels..were not very well laundered, stains were present. My window was not locked, and it was broken/ cracked. My room was on ground floor too! Ice bucket bag was actually a trash bag. Did not dare get ice from machine. A guest kept letting his dog do #2 right by the Door to get to your room from parking lot. No security cameras on outside perimeter..only in hallways. So lock your vehicles!!!
