I felt like I was in a low budget motel

Extremely misrepresented online. Photo's reflect modern updated & the establishment is dingy, old & not nice at all.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless it was an absolute last resort

Literally nothing, except the front desk was cooperative and nice

The first room had a horrible stain on the bed and sheets, and the second had visible bed bugs, after that I asked for a refund,

Pros:

Staff was nice. Rooms clean. Easy to get to. However it was directly at the highway. So some noise but not bad at all

Cons:

The bed was ok. Could have been a bot more comfy. But over all was good. Bathtub was way too tall to step into with a hurt knee or even a senior citizen.

Pros:

location, staff was fine but didn't interact with them much.

Cons:

extremely unclean, ruined the whole experience. very outdated and the halls are VERY dark, like shockingly. mold in room... floors unswept... bathroom was gross, didn't feel comfortable showering. just spend $50 more bucks to go somewhere better, I didn't even bother complaining about the conditions because it's clear they don't care, and now looking at old reviews, they aren't in any hurry to do anything to improve the experience.

In my honest opinion, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. While the staff was acceptable, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The breakfast was poor—the biscuits were extremely hard, and there was no coffee available, which was surprising. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, and the floors felt very sticky. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
