Cons:

It smelled weird, the couch was filthy, the air filters on both sides of the ac were dirty, the wifi didn't work for our PlayStation, the bathroom ceiling had mold, the door jammed and wouldn't lock at times, the outlets and the light on the left side of the bed were completely unpowered or just not working

Coffee Machine not working, pancake machine was not working. Staff was not trained, couldn't add my Windham number to the reservation

Overall a decent hotel for the price.
Pros:

I had requested an early check in for 1 pm, and the request was accommodated! However I was charged an additional $25 at check in and had not be forewarned it would be an additional fee.

Traveled with an infant, the floor in the room really needed to be cleaned better. Our socks were filthy from walking on the room floor.

Room noise from hallway or next door was really minimal which was nice!

Sadly we missed breakfast since they stopped serving at 9 am...would have been nice if it ended at 10 instead.

Overall decent room and location for the price

Pool was shut down by the health department and never opened back up even after having 2 employees tell us it would. Rooms were not clean

We were pleased with the facility and staff.
Pros:

They worked with us when I had made a mistake with my reservation.

Cons:

The side door in the back didn't completely close, but you could not force it open either. So the locking mechanism is very impressive.
