Friendly staff...Nice room...Big bathroom...Nice decor...Right off I64
The pool was nice with plenty of chairs and tables however the bottom needed cleaned...perhaps the pump wasn't working great
Close to the horse park and a restaurant
No cleaning service. No clean towels available, bedsheets were filthy upon arrival. Comforter had stains. Cleaning was requested for the room, no one came. Flooring had been damaged by water so pieces of the swiftlock laminated floor were missing. Same thing served for breakfast everyday. Scrambled eggs were gritty/powder like.
Close to Kentucky Horse Park and other things we wanted to go to. Good price. Outdoor pool.
Our room was right across from the laundry and right next to the guest laundry and the ice machine. Very noisy early in the morning and we could hardly get to our room because all of the maid carts were in the hallway across from our hotel room door. Also the trash can right outside the entrance was overflowing and no one emptied the whole four days we were there.
We were disappointed we woke up to storms the tornado warnings flash flood warnings and we didn't get to do what we came up there to do so we had to leave and come back home the very next morning after our stay that was the only disappointment so we had so many things planned in the area but other than that the stay was good staff was excellent

The flooring was cracked and pieces were broken off in the bathroom right in front of the mirror in the bathroom- sharp tile pieces - had to place a towel over it and was inconvenient
It was nice and the people seemed nice
There was dead spiders everywhere in our room and hair in the shower as well as what looked to be a blood stain in the bed in two different places.
The location to what I needed was great and the front desk staff was so nice but other than that I probably won’t stay there again.
The place seemed run down and our room was so humid and moist. There were also a lot of sketchy men always wandering around outside all the time.
The hotel was quiet and the room was clean. Breakfast was good but I wish they had bacon.
The water pressure in the shower was not good.
Breakfast was good. There was plenty of it, I love biscuits and gravy. The bed was comfortable enough, the room was big enough, the price was good.
The pool was closed on a very hot day, I was only there for two days. The T.V. was confusing and stuck on Spanish and I couldn't get it to work, so I sat in my room for two days and did absolutely nothing as I don't have a laptop and was in town for a funeral. The room wasn't that clean and neither was the rest of the motel, The hall had trash in it including white powder up and down the halls. There was no elevator. The drink and snack selection to purchase in the lobby didn't include anything sugar-free except water. Also, if you are sensitive to smells, the entrance has a VERY STRONG artificial deoderizer scent, but my room did not. I could also hear other guests yelling and kids running up and down the halls unsupervised. I saw no bugs though.

Location is good , that is the only Osiris thing I can say
The room was VERY smelly, I don’t know what from, if there is some problem in the air conditioning or what it was but we were stuck in there and could hardly sleep, breathing in the odour all night.
