Adequate
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. I tried to get a soda and charge it to the room and the staff on duty at the time didn't know how to do that. The room had cracked flooring, and a qtip on the floor from the previous quest.

This is THE place to stay if you're in Lexington
Pros:

Every staff member was fantastic, the room and the bed were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The girls at the front desk, Mia and Abby, were great and were very friendly and personable. All in all, this was a great place to stay and I'm sure my wife and I will be back.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great!

Pros:

Location was pretty central which was nice. Staff was friendly

Cons:

There was blood or boogers or bloody snot smeared on the lamp shade when we got to our room which was pretty gross.. there was also what looked like dried blood smeared on the floor next to the chair in the corner. The floor was torn up and uneven in a couple spots. Pillows were the size of throw pillows and didn’t feel like I was laying on anything at all…

Good Value
Pros:

Located close to the horse park and 10 minutes away from plenty of food options. The shower and bed were awesome. Breakfast was small but had waffles. House cleaning did a super job.

Cons:

The facilities are a little rough around the edges, some damage to the room walls and floors, but nothing major. Also parking is kind of limited and not the rooms are really spread out from the entrances.
