I had to switch rooms 2x due to toilets not working , no maintenance on. Sight for any help. Sheets was nasty not clean. Towels was nasty. Room smelled like piss. And front staff did not want to help.. still fighting for a refund
Bed mattress
Bathroom (tub) horrible 😫
Right by the interstate
Not CLEANED at all
Nothing
I lamp worked, no bathroom light, one set of towels for 4 people, bathtub looked like a used cat box, people were leaving because there were roaches in their room, I didn't see any in mine, the room keys didn't work, went back the the front desk 3 times, then gave up, paid for 2 nights, stayed less than 12 hours, it was the worst hotel I've ever been to!
Location
The cleanliness was bad and poor Restroom condition
Nothing it was really nasty. There was hair in the tub, dirty towels, and it was just nasty.😡😡
THE MOST NASTY PLACE IVE EVER STAYED. EVER DISAPPOINT
😡😡😡😡
Privateness
Outdated shower
I went to the one located in Bossier city, La. The atmosphere was nice. Very nice people with great attitudes. If I had a problem with something in my room they got on it right away. I’ll definitely choose this hotel any day. The cleanliness was everything , the place alone was quiet. The value over all is worth every penny I spent. They even had nice amenities in the room to complement the stay.
Will not stay again. Poor bedding and safety concerns.
Nothing
The front desk would not allow me to check in. They claim to have only been paid for 1 room not 2 that I reserved. Then wanted me to pay an additional $20 is fees and taxes.
Nothing
Rooms were disgusting. Dirty linen. Blood on comforters. Pills on floor. Room hadnt been cleaned in months. They refused to refund fully and let us stay somewhere else. Said if we left there would be no possibility of refund basically so they could still charge me for a night and the cancelation fee. Was absolutely horrible experience with booking.com and the hotel.
This hotel honestly should not be operating in its current condition. The rooms are extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovation. Cleanliness was a major issue—towels, bedding, floors, and the bathroom were all visibly dirty. The photos shown on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property.
I also felt very uncomfortable during my stay, especially noticing that families appeared to be living on-site, which raised concerns about safety. Housekeeping is not provided daily, and you have to request even the most basic items, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, the website advertises breakfast, but that was not available during our visit. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I arrived and for 15 minutes waited while no one was at front desk . Only a sign that they were out… a man walked through needing toilet paper for his room ,finally found some himself, I was also told the ice machine did not work and if he had not prepaid that he would leave. He also said , breakfast was suppose to be served and he been there a week and only one day they had toast that was it.
I don’t stay because no one ever came to great me, first impressions were not good.
This place needs a new owner . He called me after I left and told me I could come back and stay. I said no thanks , if this is an indication of how my visit would go. I have stayed in la Quinta before in Galveston without any issues , place was ran with more than one employee.
