In addition, the COMMUNITY ICE MACHINE DOESN'T WORK & appears it hasn't been operable in yrs.
We needed a LATE CHECK OUT DUE to my husband's JOB & when we REQUESTED one, we were DENIED!!!!! This motel is NOWHERE CLOSE to being even 1/4% occupied so availability could NOT be the reason for DENIAL. They said we would HAVE to PAY ANOTHER $80+ for an additional night if we left beyond 11!!!!! Un******* believable! NO WAY!!!!! YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO EVER EVEN CONSIDER THIS DUMP!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! HOW IS THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS IS WHAT I'D LOVE TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT MOTEL/HOTEL PUTS YOU IN A ROOM WITHOUT A WORKING TOILET?!?!?!? FOLLOWED BY ALL THE OTHER ISSUES I PREVIOUSLY LISTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like a refund ! Horrible experience

Nothing only the lobby is what look nice

Cons:

I had to switch rooms 2x due to toilets not working , no maintenance on. Sight for any help. Sheets was nasty not clean. Towels was nasty. Room smelled like piss. And front staff did not want to help.. still fighting for a refund

Pros:

The smoke alarm wouldn't stop beeping, beep ALL NIGHT !!! Killed roach. Only one lamp worked in the room.
Had to plug in the microwave. Dirty sheets. Bathroom ceiling peeling off. The room was very dirty and dusty, no phone in the room.
NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN !!!!!

I lamp worked, no bathroom light, one set of towels for 4 people, bathtub looked like a used cat box, people were leaving because there were roaches in their room, I didn't see any in mine, the room keys didn't work, went back the the front desk 3 times, then gave up, paid for 2 nights, stayed less than 12 hours, it was the worst hotel I've ever been to!

Excellent stay
Pros:

I went to the one located in Bossier city, La. The atmosphere was nice. Very nice people with great attitudes. If I had a problem with something in my room they got on it right away. I’ll definitely choose this hotel any day. The cleanliness was everything , the place alone was quiet. The value over all is worth every penny I spent. They even had nice amenities in the room to complement the stay.

The front desk would not allow me to check in. They claim to have only been paid for 1 room not 2 that I reserved. Then wanted me to pay an additional $20 is fees and taxes.

Rooms were disgusting. Dirty linen. Blood on comforters. Pills on floor. Room hadnt been cleaned in months. They refused to refund fully and let us stay somewhere else. Said if we left there would be no possibility of refund basically so they could still charge me for a night and the cancelation fee. Was absolutely horrible experience with booking.com and the hotel.
