The pillows definitely need fluffing butt everything was nice and clean smelt like bleach when I walked in. Very professional love to Sulphur oyo. What else is there to say The yard was nice and manicured the grass was clean and cut the towels were fresh. Quiet facility.
no television, the room was musty smelling, I got bit by something in the bed and the bathroom floor was dirty. the front staff was very nice but, I needed a receipt showing they reimburised me the 75.00 and they couldn't print it out and they never sent it via e-mail.
Stayed one single night. Good: huge bathroom good for disabled folks. Quiet surroundings when I was there. Staff helpful. Bad: shower hose clip was busted, an easy repair they couldn’t be bothered with. A couple of bugs near tub but it’s Louisiana I don’t think it’s a big deal but others might.

This hotel charges a “$75 deposit” for a prepaid room and claims you cannot be refunded for 7-10 business days. This should NOT be a blanket policy, and Hotels.com should either remove the listing or make it VERY CLEAR that this hotel wants the unauthorized use of your money for 2 weeks.
I liked that there was a pool i just didnt use it at the time. What i didnt like was my room it felt dirty. With moist air, and a strong mildew smell. It was difficult to find somewhere to plug something in. And it would have been nice to been able to have a breakfast each morning.

Amazing staff and clean rooms
Extremely dirty, upon arrival was nothing but the marijuana smell. And scketchy people walking around the parking lot. I was alone with my 3 toddlers and felt uncomfortable. We decided not to stay at this hotel and rather spent the $400 to stay somewhere else a little more family friendly.
I would like a deposit are something back I had kids with me and was homeless. That's ridiculous. I spent money for those things then they said they had a pool. I'm sorry but it was bad and that's was a main reason for the room was to swim. That's insanity. No phone and they don't answer.
First of all - I need to find out how I could get a refund. I did not end up staying at this property. How dare they stay open for business. Unsanitary, the pool water was GREEN, the photo you have displayed is way outdated. Expedia should be ashamed to list them on your site. La Qiunta corporate needs to check in on who they have out there representing their brand. I pre-paid for my family room. They did not have my pre-paid, pre-booked room available, they attempted to accommdate me by giving me adjouning rooms but started to charge me for the 2nd room. At that moment another customer came in to inform the lady working the front desk that the room she was assigned had peoples personal belongings all over the place and deodrant smears across the sheets or something and no pillows, which was worst than the first room she was shown as that room had a hole in the wall! She threatened to call the police. At this point...I was NOT going to stay. As i had my children with me and I felt it was not a safe environment.
I decided to take my chances with Expedia and fight for my money back thru you as I was told she couldn't do anything about a refund. I will be contacting La Quinta Corp. and I will be contacting whomever I need to to shut them down. I can't imagine anything good happens on that property. It is disgusting. Expedia...do yourselves a favor and STOP listing them on your site! Read other reviews. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. EVER.
The internet was down so she wrote our card on paper suspicious. Found roach in bathroom. Thhe labors drank all the coffee and ate all the sausage at breakfast. Had to put 50 dollar deposit down too
