Check in was smooth; staff was friendly; lots of parking; located near a 24/7 diner and convenience store. No issues generally but we did find a dead cockroach in the sink. No other bugs seen, though

Traveling with my family quick weekend trip . I would not recommend this place it’s dirty and nasty pool not working it was green . Bathroom was leaking water through the floor HOUSE KEEPERS ARE USELESS WHY PAY THEM to clean and the are not CLEANING

The hotel was just renovated and it was still kinds nasty. Theh dont clean rooms well or inspect. Told the lady behind counter that there was a bag over fire alarm and smelled of weed strong. She said they do that and nothing she can do for room wise. 6 cars in parking lot and no extra rooms. I bet

There is no breakfast included

Desk attendant informed me there would be a deposit even though there was no mention of deposit in my booking. I reluctantly agreed to pay the deposit after confirming I would get it back on checkout. My wife and I went to the room and realized shortly after getting there that it was missing a smoke detector. To avoid being charged with damages to the room, I called the desk to notify them. They said there was another room and brought a key. We moved down to the next room only to find it dirty. We decided to ask for a refund, but the desk attendant said he was unable due to us booking on a third party site and being past the cancellation period and I would have to contact expedia for a refund. After much searching, I found a phone number and was able to contact an expedia representative who was very helpful. He offered to contact the desk attendant for me. I was inside the lobby when he was talking to the attendant and I heard the attendant arguing about a refund, saying “who’s going to clean my room?” Maybe the person who didn’t clean it in the first place should do that. Finally, the desk attendant agreed to give one of the two nights refund, but not the first night even though we hadn’t even been there for 30 minutes and there was a safety issue and a dirty room. The Expedia representative told me he could only give me a one night refund, but also offered a credit from Expedia, so I agreed to the terms. I hope this can help someone else avoid the hassle I had to go through

Needs major updates

Very clean room and spacious. Bed was most comfortable. Was pleased that my emotional support animal as welcome to stay with me. Very quiet at night.

Hotel was going through renovations but construction noise wasn’t an issue(they were stopping as we were checking in Friday evening and hadn’t started back up when we left Saturday morning). Safe area. Lobby was clean and check in clerk was friendly. Room was recently remodeled and looked nice. Was also clean. Outside was well lit over night. Comfy beds. Someone near us slammed their door all night long and our tv didn’t work but those 2 things were the only negatives. Breakfast was typical grab and go. It was a good hotel for a quick night sleep. Would stay again.

Power issues when we arrived, no TV working, no cold water in sink

The hotel was going thru renovation but their customer service was spot on. Anything that was asked for the provided.

Our toilet stopped working the fridhe didnt work and there was a mouse hole in the wall . I seen one roach

Staff was friendly and helpful

There was a construction site and renewal of the rooms. Location is perfect, close to I-10 (via downtown) and Lake side mall. Lots of shopping and fast food dining places nearby.

My room was nasty there was dirty towels from the previous Guess the TV was broke and the free breakfast was half cereal no milk toast no butter just weird

Even though there was refurbishing going on at the property, it was in decrepit condition. The staff was unsure on how to book a reservation from hotels.com and They took $100 deposit without my knowledge. Loud people having a party two doors down and lucky for me I had a 4 wheel drive as the parking lot has huge potholes everywhere. I wouldn't send my ex mother in law to stay there.

The hotel is remodeling and the property is very dirty. The pool inoperative. The breakfast is not bad. The morning person in the counter very nice
