Pros:

The room is clean and spacious. The bus stop is nearby for easy access to the city center.

Rough Looking but Good Price
Pros:

Very close to downtown New Orleans. We spent very little time driving and more time enjoying our stay in the city. Next door is a gas station named the Crowder Center and they had an amazing selection of freshly cooked food when we woke up each day.

Cons:

The beds seemed a little smaller than advertised as fitting two adults in a bed was difficult. The room was clean enough even if the walls and furniture was a bit old and our room stayed secure over the weekend. The atmosphere was a bit grungy but for the price it was within expectations. Our stay involved a group I dont know if I would return to this part of town alone.

I was there for one night but I had to buy a disposable ice chest to put my medicine in because I didn’t have a refriger

Extremely filthy, door didn’t close all the way and the lock/handle was loose, shower curtain had mold and what looked like old blood, no microwave or fridge, roaches, people fighting in the parking lot

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean and appeared poorly maintained. The shower rod was falling off the wall, and the overall condition of the room was extremely unsatisfactory.

Additionally, I specifically requested a non-smoking room but was placed in a smoking room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable, and it did not meet the standards I expected when booking. I would appreciate someone looking into this matter and discussing how this can be resolved.
