Pros:

Metarie LA, Veterans Blvd
Skip this property. Need to work on physical spaces. Great and lovely housekeepers, but property is shoddy and not secure.

Pros:

Great parking lot. Well lit. Not protected at all. Dirty, trash all over. Simply clean it. Paint the stairs and railings. Fix the blinking lights. Your rooms are far better than the exterior leads one to believe. Your rooms are adequate. For a reservation for 2, we had 1 set of towels. Old, threadbare towels. You can do better. Much better.

Just sleep in your car instead.
Pros:

Absolute pit of a hotel. First room they gave me I walked into with my kid and found condoms everywhere, second room was smoked in and dirty, third room the front desk "checked" personally, but it had very clearly had a leak. The floor was mildew and I had a cough by the end of my stay. Gum in the carpets, AC units condensation draining over sealed concrete so I slipped multiple times, shower didn't work, and it smelled like 2 farts got in a fight. No real pet area, just an overgrown area with the trash not being taken out and no dog bags so poop everywhere. Key card would need to be reprogrammed 2-3 times a day (yeah literally) and the slide lock had been ripped off so you couldn't really lock the door. Absolutely disgusting, if I could have been refunded I would have just slept in my car. The pictures for the hotel listing are absolutely staged, you will not get any kind of quality out of this establishment.

Pros:

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. The property was not fit for animals. It was late and we had to spend the night and checked out the next morning. We're still waiting for a refund for the remaining two nights. This property should be checked by the local health department.

Roach Hotel
Pros:

Service was terrible.. was assigned a room 3x before I could get settled and someone was barely at the desk. Filthy.. everything had stains so you couldnt tell if it was clean or dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned before I got there so I had to clean it myself (was too tired to find another place to stay after moving). Holes in the walls allowed roaches to come in and thats what made me check out early

Pros:

Not at all like in the pictures. Creepy guys outside the hotel asking me to open the door so they could get breakfast. My room door looked like it had been kicked in- locks were questionable. Mouse hole in the wall by the bed with frays of carpeting around it. Mattress stains galore.

Pros:

Honestly, this hotel would be best removed from your listings. It was, by far, the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure to enter. Allow me to summarize the issues:

Room #1: Toilet in bathroom exploded; urine and toilet water leaked all over the bathroom, leaving a foul smell.
Room #2: Cigarette ashes (non-smoking room) on the nightstand; apparently dirty sheets on both beds, one with an apparent streak of blood.
Room #3: Clearly not vacuumed; trash in bathroom area and on counter; linens not clean.

After the staff relocated us to a THIRD dirty room, they told us a refund would be issued, but we have not received it. We ended up staying at a different hotel, booked through a different service.

Don't recommend
Pros:

Mattress need to be changed. Tub has rust stains. Bathroom has dead bugs, which means there's love ones somewhere. Didn't even stay the night. Left and went to another hotel.

AC did not work well at all the room stayed around 78, had homeless people and crackheads walking amongst your vehicles

Never again
Pros:

I got in late and clerk informed me I got the last room. Not sure how when I reserved room a few months ago. The linen was stained, floor/walls dirty. No regular sugar for coffee, fruit, or boiled eggs. Not quite a continental breakfast. Cant get photos to upload 😫

I have video as well.
Pros:

The toilet was full of toilet paper and would not flush. I went to the front, but the young man must have stepped away. I had cleaning supplies in my car. I was too tired, so I spent half my stay cleaning this room as best I could. Needless to say, the toilet flushes now. These are a few pictures of what Room 308 looked like when I arrived late last night. The room had not been cleaned. There was one clean towel in the entire room.

Pros:

This place should be condemned. I have never seen a more unsanitary hotel. I checked out immediately after checking in and going to my room. 0/5 stars.
