Pros:

stravili sme v ubytovani 5 dni. Ubytovanie ma super polohu, pesi k nadhernej plazi. Tiez svoju terasu a ubytovanie je plne vybavene, vratene pracky. Odporucam a rada sa sem vratim. Dostali sme sa skvele odporucania co v okoli.

Pros:

Skvělá poloha ubytování - kousek na pláž, do obchodu i centra. Velká terasa , kuchyně vybavená vším potřebným, minibalení toaletních potřeb, toaletní papír, prostředek na mytí nádobí, ručníky, utěrka, skříň se spoustou ramínek, sušák na prádlo, fén ,velká lednice s mrazákem ................. byli jsme moc spokojeni. Personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný. Při ubytovávání poradil zajímavá místa a možnosti v okolí . V ubytování i v okolí byl krásný klid. Možnost parkování zdarma. Nebylo co vytknout. Všem doporučuji.

Cons:

Hodilo by se mít na pokoji k dispozici slunečník na pláž. Je to jen drobnost, ale velice by zpříjemnila dovolenou .

Comfortable apartment close to beach, shops and restaurants
Pros:

The apartment is very close to La cinta beach. The apartment has most of the stuff we need. We got a high chair and crib for our baby. It’s a nice location with restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

There was a musty smell when we arrived but it went away after a day. The sheets are a bit small it comes off everyday after we sleep so maybe a fitted sheet would work better but overall our stay was comfortable

Pros:

Najväčším plusom tohto ubytovania je určite poloha, bližšie ku jednej z najkrajších pláží Sardínie sa asi ani nedá byť ubytovaný. Izby staršie ale pekné ako aj prostredie.

Cons:

Asi jediné čo by som vytkol je vybavenie apartmánu, chýbali tam základné veci ako mydlo na ruky, sprchový gel a v kuchyni aspoň olej a základné koreniny, ale kúsok od ubytovania cca. 2 min. peši sú potraviny kde sa dá všetko kúpiť

Super lokalizacja, dosłownie 5 min od la cinta. Miło można posiedzieć na zewnątrz, dużo zieleni. Pan z obsługi bardzo miły. Jedyny minus to trochę zniszczona łazienka. Reszta super

Pros:

La posizione comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia la Cinta e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Vicino all'appartamento si trova un ristorante pizzeria molto buono, una pasticceria che sforna dolci tipici buonissimi e seadas preparate al momento. A pochi metri si trova anche un alimentare con l'essenziale altrimenti in 5 minuti con la macchina si arriva all'eurospin. L'appartamento è fornito del giusto essenziale per vivere. Dispone di frigo, freezer, microonde, bollitore, phon...
Il patio esterno rende i pranzi e le cene ancora più belle

struttura un po’ datata: letto scomodo porte cigolanti . al mattino avevamo il portico allagato perché c’era lo spruzzino per il giardino ogni notte.

Belle découverte.
Pros:

Résidence très bien située. Proche de la plage 15mn et du centre ville 15mn. Quartier très calme et très plaisant avec le parking à côté de l’entree. Parfait pour nos trois derniers jours à San Teodoro.

Cons:

Le confort du lit était moyen. Il a déjà été évoqué qu’un changement de matelas ne serait pas un luxe.

Vacanze super!!!
Pros:

Accoglienza e posizione perfette!
Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche qualcosa di più.
Apprezzatissimo il regalino di benvenuto ai bimbi, il welcome kit in casa e la lavatrice.
Proprietario super gentile e disponibile, ha sistemato subito due cose che abbiamo segnalato.
Distanza dalla spiaggia La Cinta, qualche minuto a piedi, comodissimo.
Zona molto tranquilla e vicina al centro.

Cons:

Letto matrimoniale un pò scomodo.
Luce del bagno praticamente inesistente, se non quella del mobile del lavandino.
