The breakfast was gone by the time I got to the dining room. The mattress did not fit the bedframe. The pillows were dreadful. The room was dark and gloomy on the corner of two major freeways the external walkways to the room were full of litter. The fridge was not stable in the room. I had arrived at midnight a very nice agent assisted me to my room. I immediately said it smelled of smoke. He said there was no smoking in the hotel the next morning when I saw the degree of dirt in daylight. I complain to The Manager who argued with me that I should've reported the night before it was not visible at night. I had booked a Shuttle to take me to the airport. See Manager argued again with me when I asked why it wasn't leaving, but I didn't inform him that I was going on the Shuttle. I've never dealt with such a dreadful hotel in my life or Manager with so a few people skills it was appalling.
I've listed these things above. The mattress does not fit the bedframe so you hit your legs on a steel frame every time you try and get into the bed. The pillows are dreadful. The room smells for smoke. It's too dark and the exterioris dirty.
Close to airport
Hard to get to at end of bldg
The motel was up to date and modern. The bathroom was a little small but very clean. The beds were comfortable and clean.
Location to the airport. Shuttle very prompt and courteous; they also picked us up from car rental drop-off.
The tub/shower drain was very SLOW. We thought at first it was clogged.
I am so disgusted and disappointed. I drove 11 hours and just wanted to relax. Both rooms they put me in were filthy and smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a nonsmoking room. I wiped the floor with a rag and it was black as if they never mop.I tried to get a refund and had to contact Expedia for it so I had to wait 15 minutes for an agent and the man at the front desk told me I had to get out the room so they can put someone in it and asked if I touched anything so they can reuse it!!!!
The man at the front desk said his manager said I’m not getting my refund if Expedia calls. I have two kids and it’s late! I wasn’t even there for a full 30 minutes.
I was trying to speak to his manager he told me no he’s not available for me only him. I tried to book another room since they moved me twice already. Then the man wanted us to sit in the room while he cleaned it. Why didn’t you clean it before we got there? I don’t want a man we don’t know in the room with me and my kids. Worse customer service ever. With everything goin on with these viruses you would think they could use a little bleach and clean the room and provide clean towels.
Friendly and fast
Nothing
They were doing construction in the room right above us at 8 am I’m the morning
Not much
The location, the smell of ashtray in the room, the bathroom was very tiny but that is something that can be dealt with but the smell of cigarette ash wasn’t pleasant at all.
Location
Private owner , with a awful visitor policy if a person is spending $230 / night whether local or not should be able to decide on visits
So many hotels near the airport and I chose this one. Bottom line, the hotel is old and in dire need of painting and repair inside and out. The room was dirty. I tried to plug something in behind the bedside table and was shocked by the dirt and dust. The toilet bowl was dirty and one long hair in the sink that wasn't mine. Yes, there was breakfast, but very poor quality.
Staff called me several times to verify that we required an ADA room. Staff was very attentive and customer orientated.
Pool was cold dirty, door had a huge Crack, shower head was broke. Tv kept turning off. Alarm went of 6am on a Sunday! No shower items in shower but in the other room. AC unit was nit able to cool room as the curtains were covering. Had to buy a hair clip to move it out of the way. 2 kids & traveling 7hrs on the road to be put on the top floor next to another room they were renovating. Never will book here again. Breakfast was cold by the time I took it to the room
