Pros:

Front desk clerk, Nicki, was totally AWESOME!!!! You will need to find a way to keep her. However, there was another lady that was there & about to go home, she was not too pleasant to deal with, in fact, I would have left if it wasn't for Nicki.

Pros:

Nothing. Manager Cece in denial of rat infestation created by Hindu owners. I had a kitten with me and we were attacked constantly. I even found entry point of rodents. Denial. And then I was extorted for my ph adapter $100 in front of staff because I had t9 resolve my on room rodents problems. F la quinta foriegn owned ass

The tv was missing, the refrigerator was unplugged, the tv in the next room I was put in had be unplugged to reset, and the water was leaking all night in the bathtub.

Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be and next to a couple of places to eat so it was convenient.

Cons:

No elevator. Had to carry our stuff upstairs and had a struggle as a person in our group has disability.
The air conditioner in our room wasn't working. It was set at 76 and we couldn't change it and it was like it was just running fan. Not cooling.

Beautiful, old school solid hotel rooms designed for the customer’s comfort: clean, updated, large room with a frig and microwave. TV channels weren’t too good.

Cons:

Huge problems: Truckers are parked directly east/northeast in an empty lot area only 50 feet from motel doors, sleeping in their trucks, and running their engines with their headlights shining into the room all night!!
Also sketchy men sitting for 1-2 hours in picnic table, grilling area in the back, very close to rooms. I was afraid to take my dog out and they told me there is no security.
