Don’t leave any type of valuables in your room and forget them. You’ll never see them again.
Pros:

I left my AirPods in my hotel room when I checked out. They were on the nightstand desk next to my bed. It was my fault I left them there but I could see them on the “Find My” app via my iPhone. So I called the office there. They claimed the room was cleaned and no AirPods were found. My app still showed them there. I confirmed no one had moved into the room after me. So I clearly know the housekeeping staff took my AirPods and decided to keep them. I emailed corporate and the owner of this hotel because they are franchised. Instead of compensating me, they basically told me “tough luck”

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally good.

Cons:

There was a water leak in the wall going into the bathroom which made us walk over a puddle of water when we needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and in the morning.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Good location; 2 restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Spacious king room. Comfortable bed. Good basic breakfast to start the day. Reasonable cost for an overnight as on a journey.

Cons:

Bathroom. Very small. Bathroom exhaust vent appears to be non- motorized, so concern of mold formation as seen on ceiling. Slow tube drain. Hotel is nice but seasoned, tho adequate for an overnight.

Reasonable Overnight Stay
Pros:

Nice area for the hotel that's seasoned but the price is reasonable for just an overnight stay on a journey. Restaurants within walking distance and everywhere by car. Friendly staff and helpful. King room is spacious but bathroom is tight! Bathroom exhaust is assumed constant vent, as no motor sound. Steam in the room is a concern for mold growth as seen on ceiling. Breakfast is good and basic and adequate to start the day. Check in and out was easy and fast with online registration. Very clean room and the bed is comfortable.

Our restroom sink wouldn't drain, the sink was clogged all night and this morning. So we didnt use the sink this morning when we woke up to get ready for the day

Please take more care of your hotel outside areas

Absolutely disgusting outside areas around the hotel, discarded food, food containers, corners of hotel near rooms with rubble, could have a nice garden area in the rubble to make it not look squalid

Helpful front desk personel & great parking.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was an amazingly nice guy who was very helpful. I liked we were able to see our vehicle from the window.

Cons:

The beds were advertised as queens but were actually only full size.

Disappointed and I want a refund!
Pros:

Nothing!!! I am beyond disappointed the pool was closed for my daughter’s birthday weekend/memorial weekend! Such a busy weekend to not have it up and going!

Cons:

The pool was closed!!! When I called to book they said the pool would be open but it wasn’t. We chose this location specifically for the pool on Memorial Day weekend!! I paid $170 a night. I could have went to the motel 6 for cheaper with the same accommodations.
