Cons:

roaches in room, paid for 2 queen beds & they had 2 full size mattresses on queen bed frames, shower water would not get hot, charged me for my room twice, 1 full size towel provided.

Pros:

There was no breakfast

Cons:

I was there for 6 days I did not get any fresh linen trash was not emptied bathroom electrical kept tripping and I had to take a shower in the dark. There was no front desk staff they used a virtual customer service rep

DO NOT STAY HERE BED BUGS

⚠️ WARNING: Bed Bug Infestation in Room 117
I stayed at this property on July 25, 2026, and had a terrible experience. Please be warned that there is an active bed bug infestation in Room 117.During my stay, I found clear evidence of live bed bugs. I am incredibly concerned about accidentally bringing these pests home in my shoes, clothing, and luggage.When I brought this severe safety and hygiene issue to the attention of the front desk management, their response was dismissive and they refused a refund I left Reno and drove back home a 6 hour long drive home!!!! If you absolutely must stay at this location, demand a room far away from 117, keep your luggage inside sealed plastic trash bags, and thoroughly check your mattress before bringing anything inside. I strongly recommend avoiding this property altogether

This was absolutely the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in

There wasn’t a single thing that I liked about this place

Cons:

This place was absolutely disgusting. The floors were not cleaned in my room. The sheets were never washed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was hair all in the shower a Band-Aid in the toilet no toilet paper. The lights in the room didn’t work. The power went out. it was absolutely disgusting and you guys should give me my money back.

It was close to my event

Cons:

Not maintained, filthy room, toilet leaked at the base all over the floor. Incompetent staff and just overall a complete dump. Bad location. I don’t have anything positive to say about the place.

Pros:

Just the location its ok

Cons:

A lot of stuff didn’t work, i rent two rooms and in one power comes off really often, was a handicap accessible and didn’t have phone in the room, the other room the fridge doesn’t work,microwave didn’t work either,bathroom shower head leaks a s a crazy when is in use When I just saw it have a plastic bag attached to stop the leak so ridiculous

Cons:

light switch at entry door did not turn on any lights. had to go to lights at sides of bed and the switch for them was hard to find.
