You get less than what you pay for
Pros:

Bathroom, refrigerator and microwave was clean. The refrigerator was a nice size for a motel room. Linens were clean as well.

Cons:

The floor was not swept well and was sticky near the desk. There is very little space for our clothes- only 5 ancient hangers and no dresser. They do not accommodate people who stay more than one night. Coffee pods were not replaced each day. There was no blanket on one bed, they delivered a stained blanket on day 2. It took 2 days to get a second chair (room was booked for 2 people). But the most surprising part was finding an urn with human cremains in a pile of discarded items in the breezeway between rooms.

I would stay there again if it was cleaner, but at this point, I will probably try a different hotel

The property was in a good location.

Cons:

The room looked clean when you glance at it initially however the floor in the bathroom under the vanity was filthy. I dropped a pill and was disgusted at the dust and dirt on the floor.

If you need a place to sleep for a few hours waiting on your flight from the Reno Airport it's okay
Pros:

There was nice artwork on the wall at least. The beds were fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Well there's no real person at check-in. You check in Via Zoom type interface. They claim to be local but I'm guessing it's based out of India. The first room when I turned on the light switch it blew a circuit and every bit of electricity did not work. They moved me to a new room which did the exact same thing when I turned on the lights in the bathroom. At this point they said they had no other rooms even though parking lot was half full. The TV was somehow set at a constant very loud volume that the remote control would not change and there was no volume controls on the TV itself. The motel is undergoing renovations and so the crew once they were done at 5:00 stuck around in the parking lot drinking and being generally loud.

Cons:

Location, that it was a motel and not a hotel, reception was a computer with some AI guy, not welcoming at all, noisy occupants, had to park my car far from my room. Felt unsafe. Won’t be staying there again. Surprised Booking.com even has this motel on its site!

Pros:

My room was well redecorated. It was obvious that construction was in progress.

Cons:

It was a sketchy area and probably not safe for a single woman to stay at. I also didn't like communicating with your staff through a box tgat looked like an ATM machine.
